Very very very very worst and unprofessional customer service I have ever seen.They do not listen to customer’s input. They give importance to money only. No respect to customer.Charged 1100 rs for a simple normal blouse without any work.

This is by far the worst tailor in the city. They are a bunch of basic tailors with basic tailoring skills and definitely don't deserve the name "boutique". A staff named Vaishali seems to be keen at first and you feel assured to leave your expensive fabrics only to come to such a disappointing outcome. Despite making several promises in the beginning, half of the requests were forgotten. And when questioned, she said that "she was not aware" because she forgot to write them down herself. Also, they steal your fabric. Not expecting to get the leftovers but the fabric isn't used as initially discussed. For example, my top required lining on the sleeves which I had mentioned but was forgotten just like many other things. Zig-zag lines instead of straight lines for finishing on the garment and when questioned, the fault is in the "fabric" and not in their stitching. As if they don't use industrial machines and other suitable equipment. Not just that but the customer service is just as awful. The customer has to follow up on everything. They do not discuss any design changes with the customer despite having all their contact details. The "boutique" is overstaffed with staff but the waiting time to be attended is 20 minutes at minimum. At most times, you can hear them in the rooms talking so loudly and listening to music. To sum it up, expensive with horrible and unprofessional customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone in my social circle. There are better tailors in T-Nagar who can get the work done for far less and better quality.

Tis s my first experince with them. I gave them my wedding blouses for stitching. The stitch nd fit was very perfect nd i loved it. I also gave my sister's lehenga blouse nd it was too good with the cut nd design work they made. Thank u fr making my big day even more confortable nd confident with the outfit.

Blouse designing was done beautifully by their designer Julie. Due to lockdown the entire process was done online right from measurements to delivery. Their fitting is perfect and also their manager responds to every query with full patience. Pricing can be a little nominal. But overall great experience.
