I am amazed how rude this woman is on face and even while replying to the comments here. She has poor makeup skills and poorer human values. She treated my sister very badly on her D-day. When I see pages of makeup artists, (I cannot name them or else she would accuse I am from their team) I then realize how pathetic this Shruti bhatt was with us. We hired her for bridal makeup, reception makeup and 2 party makeups. When we we told her we were not satisfied with her services just after the first makeup, instead of taking time to understand what we need, she blackmailed us that we can cancel rest of the makeups if we do not like her work. Of course she knew that we will not get any artist at such a short notice. Such is an exemplary of her cunningness and unprofessionalism. It’s a disgrace how low she can stoop just to protect her bloody ego. Shruti bhatt you ruined our most special event with your ugly behaviour and even uglier work. For another wedding in our family we hired a freelance makeup artist who was amazing in her skills, behavior and charges half of what you charge. It’s high time you put yourself under review as a professional and as a human!

We booked this so called make up artist for my sister. We were impressed by seeing her work on Facebook and Instagram. But we certainly made a wrong choice. We should have checked these reviews before. She was not ready to meet after taking the initial amount. She kept on giving excuses for not meeting and then when she met she said we have chosen wrong outfit and wrong jewelry and we must return them because it won’t suit my sister’s complexion. Where was she when we wanted to consult her?? Later she kept on bringing this up so that she could hide her incapabilities and blame the wrong choice of the outfit. She can only work on fair brides. She is a stereotype and to our disbelief she bodyshams proudly. We booked her for bride’s make up and senior artist for us. Her senior artist was better than her. Her assistant is at least human, while Shruti we have no words for her devious behavior. She makes her bride cry and makes them feel horrible. Politeness is a basic human virtue which she has never heard of. She was rude, faked mannerism and unprofessional to the core.

Very bad experience with Shruti bhatt / Shruti Bajpai. We booked her for my sister. None of her team members said anything about bindi, flowers no communication at all. She took advance and then forgot to even get in touch. She had problem with my sister’s complexion, her dress, her jewellery. She literally made her so conscious and nervous by again and again pointing about how dusky she was. She literally ridiculed her all this before the wedding and on her wedding day too. Her assistant was ok but this woman she is a horrible human being. She did not even gave my sister water to drink while she was dressing her up while we were obviously not allowed to see what she was doing with her. She kept on criticising bride’s all the possible elements on her wedding day while getting her ready how inhuman and unprofessional is that! She ended up doing the darkest possible makeup a bride could have. So much so that when my sister wiped her makeup after the wedding she was looking much fairer from the areas we removed makeup comparing to what was still on. Another makeup artist who was there on venue for the guests she told us the issue was that Shruti chose a wrong foundation and base for my sister because of which she looked way too dark and this woman blamed costume and jewellery for it. Please stop spoiling the most special day of people’s lives. God is watching!

DO NOT HIRE THIS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED LADY. Horrible experience! We chose her because of the Facebook profile which I guess is full of filters. She made my pretty sister look horrible as she did makeup in yellow light which looked golden and dark in real light. She is rude and made my sister so nervous. For rest of the functions we hired a freelancer who did a fabulous job. Even my photographer confirmed that she is rude and his another client had similar bad experience. I was trying to leave a review to her since last 1 year but she has intentionally not activated google and facebook ratings. Very unprofessional! I just read reply you have given to Ms. Namrata and this editing the review again. To my disbelief you gave same stupid remarks to my sister. Stop blaming people’s complexion or their outfit you gave same stupid reason to my sister. FYI if you can’t deal with dusky complexion please take up contracts for fair people only. And stop this stupidity of humiliating people by either body shaming them or telling them that they have chosen wrong outfit jewellery etc while the truth is you are incapable. Thanks to you she did not get chance to get clicked because we were busy motivating her as she cried after seeing herself in real lights. Thanks to you we never got a wedding album because you turned a fairy tale into a nightmare.

Shruti has a magic hand I must say. She understands every face has to have its own looks and she ensures that she brings best out of that. Never went for pre bridal looks because busy work schedule but yet on wedding day she made me look the best. I love her and she does it with ????.

I heard a lot about her through my friends so decided to book her for an event but having oily skin and pimples issue the makeup she did on me was not for my skin it melted quite early like within 1 hour and my pimples were peeling and extra skin around it made it look very odd. rest the eye makeup was good.

Makeup was really not worth. I paid 30000 for full glam bobbi brown makeup for my wedding cum reception at night. But to be honest, I didn't receive any compliment for my makeup. Amongst my different makeups from different makeup artists, this was the worst. My eyes looked really small, dupatta was not draped properly. It gave me problem throughout my wedding. My frens were constantly arranging it. Even for the hairstyle, I had sent the images I want on the front side, but nothing was done. She just tied it up and made the curls. Also she asked me to get the flowers which I did, but she didn't put them. She put nail polish at the end when I was leaving and it all got ruined which was looking really bad. Everyone said I was looking dark with lots of pink on face, eyes were looking short with too much golden eyeshadow. I had very high expectations from this makeup but It was a turn off. I never disturbed her during her makeup so that she could give her best. Anyway this was my experience and wanted to share.

I should be really punished for posting this review so late :/. Really sorry Shruti ! Well, Shruti Bhatt is no less than a fairy mother who just transforms every girl in to a princess with her magic wand. I will take this point wise. 1.) Professionalism: She is highly professional and that's what I liked the most about her, I still remember that she had jotted down all my functions dates, time, type of make up and for a matter of fact my venue theme on her ipad to make proper notes. As a person, she is very warm. I remember she had hugged me on my wedding day and congratulated me as the first thing. At times she could even understand that I was tired and allowed me my space and time to relax before starting the make-up. 2.) Punctuality: She stands on time which she had committed & expects the same from her clients, which is a fair expectation. She highly respects her own time and her clients' time. 3.) Approach-ability: She is highly approachable, I remember there were times when I committed her that I would call her back and I couldn't due to some reasons, but she called me back and discussed everything on phone ( I was a bride from Mumbai, and I had met her only twice, we fixed a lot of things on phone) 4.) Flexibility: She is very flexible, I had earlier booked her for 4 make-ups , but at the end moment I had to cancel two make-ups and she understood the situation and very warmly agreed to it. 5.) Her Art of Makeup: I must say, if you want to fall in love with your ownself on your D-day and the rest of your life then just surrender yourself to Shruti. She is a magician, she brings out the most beautiful part of you. She can craft a complete look for you just in her imagination where we cant even locate ourselves remotely. My advice to all brides-to-be, if you are going for your make-up to Shruti Bhatt, then just enjoy your 1-2 hrs by closing your eyes and sipping the mocktail and let the magic happen. That's it ! 6.) Studio Ambiance: Her studio is very well designed with very subtle colors which makes one feel at peace especially after all the hustle-bustle of wedding environment. Her studio was like a meditation center for me, like I would just go there, breathe, drink and then listen to Shruti's amazing playlist and let her do the magic. Brownie Points: Shruti is a very talented photographer, after the make up, she turns on the lights and clicks some amazing pics of you, which are indeed better than many professional photographers work. She is the best. Hands Down !

I am sharing this incident so that you do not have to face this like I did. I booked makeup services from FACE DESIGNEIRY MAKEUP SCHOOL AND WEDDING MAKEUP STUDIO owned by Shruti Bhatt and she cancelled my booking after 6 long months. Yes, you read it right!! AFTER 6 MONTHS!! Like every bride-to-be, I also dreamt of looking beautiful and for that, after doing a lot of research I booked her services way too in advance. I did not know that even after boasting so much about herself she would do this. She claims herself to be one of the best make-up artists of India but the reality is entirely different. If best services mean this then never in my life I am going to trust the word ?best?. I booked her services in June 2016 by giving her 50% token amount for my wedding (to be held in Feb,2017). I called her in December to discuss something and before I could say anything she told me that she was about to call me since she cancelled my booking. Isn?t it the height of unprofessionalism that she did not even call me to inform me about cancellation? The moment she told me that she has to cancel my booking because she has stopped taking outstation bookings, I was taken aback. I hung off the call without reacting or saying anything to her. But this was really shocking, I mean she is so renowned and professional that she should be clear about whether to take a booking or not. How can she spoil a bride?s big day? This is not it!! After that when it was her turn to return me my money she ignored me and she has even gone mad at me saying that I am troubling her by calling every day (Though I just called her twice in a week). She even yelled at me and cut my call during our conversation. This is a great irony, she should apologise for whatever she did but rather than being apologetic she is saying that she?s busy and I shall not disturb her. Surprisingly, she was very rude and non-cooperative. Moreover, She had no intentions to keep the money but she acted irresponsibly. Even I did not take my money back from her due to her behaviour and reaction. The only thing is that after what she did to me she should at least respond properly and responsibly.

EXCELLENT WORK by Shruti Bhatt on my Wedding Day. She is so generous and kind as a human being and a very TALENTED Artist. She made my D-Day sparkle. Her services are totally WORTH IT. She Delivers what she Promised and I am glad to be her Bride. Right from first time I met her till the time I consumed the services, she was very supportive and gave me a flawless Look. For my wedding makeup, I wanted someone the best in town and I heard shruti bhatt's name from lot of people in indore. So I talked to her over the phone as I was in US but as my hometown is Indore, 2 months before the wedding I went and met her. We discussed about the various looks for different events - i booked her for 5 events - and also booked makeup for my 3 sisters and 2 nieces. For the brides - she told me she has 3 packages - 15,000 for Mac, 20,000 for bobby brown and 30,000 for channel-dior. She also told me to bring fresh flowers if i want it for any of my hair styles and also all the jewelry. So till now everything was smooth, we discussed about the price, the look i want for each day, what all things she will provide if any and what all I have to bring. Before my first makeup we met 2 times and exchanged texts and phone calls. So the first event was my engagement event which was a day event - her bridal look Mac makeup is for 15000 but for a day party look she told me its 8000 which will be light and we decided to do that for my engagement. Being a very famous makeup artist in indore, I was expecting her party makeup to be different from every day look but when the makeup was done, my eyes which are on a bigger side ( with big lashes) were looking very small as she did all black liner and black kohl around my eyes which made my eyes look smaller and all black look opposite to what a day makeup should look like. Also she used some fake eyelashes which were smaller than my original eye lashes. Whole point of putting the eyelashes is to enhance your eyes and make it look bigger. I got very upset and expressed my displeasure to her by saying that I am feeling really bad and confronted everything which I wrote above. I also told her, its my engagement and I feel like wiping off my makeup and was crying that time. She took all this to her ego or what and told me if you don't trust my skills, there are many other makeup artists in Indore you can still go and book them and I was sitting there crying and thinking its my engagement in 1 hr and she is asking me to go and book some other makeup artist? Somehow I gathered myself and told her, if she can provide me some other lashes which are big enough, she asked me that i have to buy them. I was already paying her 62000 for my makeup and she told me during our discussion that lashes will be included but the lashes provided by her were very bad quality and good quality she wanted me to buy. Long story short, she did gave me lashes for that day which I returned her in the evening. She is a makeup artist and she should be supportive to her brides instead of talking to them rudely. When I asked her to help me in putting my nose ring she straight forwardly said she doesn't know how to put it. On the main wedding day she talked very rudely to my sister when she said you can atleast help the bride in putting the nose ring as she is not able to. She replied "putting the nose ring is not her job" she is a makeup artist. Also i forgot to get bindi for my forehead and asked her if she can provide me for that time, she said she doesn't have it in her salon. I have been to so many parlours and they all keep extra accessories so that if a bride forgets something they can help her out of human courtesy. She made me cry a lot during my main events and was rude to the core telling my sister she knows how to be professional as she has been in this business for past 17 years. I just want to say in the end, she possess good makeup skills but on a personal front as a human she is lacking and you don't treat the bride in this way when she is already nervous about her wedding. The 1 rating also which I have given is all because of her makeup skills.
