She is a very unprofessional mua. I booked her almost 7months ago of my wedding day in 2017 and they took all the advance. Just before a month she her team denied and returned the money making an excuse that she has her family function on the same day but to my surprise I found her posting other bride’s pictures on the same day. I am so happy I booked Samaira Sandhu and she did a fab job that day.

She has a terrible man who responds to the calls screaming saying things like “DONT WASTE MY TIME” just write on WhatsApp and you never receive a single reply to whtsapp msgs. Really the worst experience interacting wouldn’t recommend you waste your time and money on such people.

Two of my bookings were canceled because a guy on their support staff who couldn't get his act together and fetch booking details threw a tantrum. The staffer was miffed that we made two bookings for different events from different phone numbers. When I pointed out the poor record keeping I was told I couldn't tell them how to run their businesses and the agitated staffer told me he'd cancel my bookings. This business is the most unprofessionally run shitshow you'll ever find. Bookings are managed over Whatsapp and staffers, at least a guy named Nitin I interacted with, are clueless about the bookings and would turn nasty at the drop of a hat. I'm glad I discovered their pettiness and didn't have to watch a horror show at the event.

The most important thing for your big day is MAKE UP . I booked Nikhil and honestly he did great job . I received so many compliments. Everybody was awed by my look . Thank u so much Nikhil I wanna give 50 stars as rating .

So talking about leena bhushan- i booked her for my reception day (24th dec 2018). I sent her my outfit picture and she did not reply to it. I kept waiting, then I thought she must be busy and I believed her to be utterly professional so I just sent her my wedding venue on Whatsapp, still no reply and I got really worried and then I called her again still no answer and then on Saturday (15th December,2018) after days of continuous calling her, she chose to drop the bomb of cancellation on me and mind you she just conveniently sent a VOICE NOTE saying she won’t be able to do my makeup due to an “uncomfortable news” and “urgency” (she didn’t even have the decency to do this over a call). And again mind you this is just days before and not even a month so I can book someone else. And then on the day of my reception I found out that her so called “urgency” and “uncomfortable news” was taking up SOMEONE ELSE’S MAKEUP and that’s why she cancelled on me. She literally not only played with the biggest day of my life but with my feelings. Instead of being happy I was devastated on my reception day. Thanks for showing such unprofessionalism towards your work from where your earn. ????

She definitely couldn’t do well on my face. She might be doing good overall but certainly didn’t work for me. Make up was patchy and pores were not just visible but came out more evidently. It looked all cakey. I asked for glittery eyes but was barred any glitter there. Also if you plan to choose her, make sure you are on time otherwise be ready for a good insult over social media where she would talk about how busy she is and nag about you over insta snapchat and god knows where all. I definitely think because I was super late (45mins around), she just decided to ruin my face. Although otherwise she was very sweet on face. Flexible with accepting payments even after a day or two. Only thing I didn’t like was if you call yourself professional then this isn’t the right behaviour. She was very high on attitude to which i was shocked because she seemed very sweet on her insta stories. She shouldn’t accept appointments back to back because that might just be like grabbing all of it but not putting your 100%.

I think choosing a right make up artist is one of the difficult task for any bride to do. I had booked her only for my engagement make up , I think I am still regretting that decision to book someone without trial. On my engagement day I looked white statue like something was painted on my face, same feedback was given to her by my friend while my makeup was being done After 2 months today while looking at the pro cam pics I felt like crying. Because of the badly done makeup my partner and I, have decided to do away with my engagement album. Before posting this review I had shared this with her as well and she blames my photographer for not editing pictures properly. I was like really why would I need a good make up artist if I want edited version of my pictures. Well to prove my point i had to share my other functions pics as well which was clicked by same photographer. Though I wouldn't deny that she is very professional and sweet but whatever happened with me was very disappointing.

She gave me the worst nightmare that a bride could think of! She is very unprofessional and just don't understand the criticality of the job she is doing. I did my bookings with advance payment just after my roka and 8 months prior to the wedding as the wedding date was heavy. But she in the most unprofessional way cancelled my booking for both engagement and wedding just 20 days before the wedding sending me a voice message at midnight and asking me how to refund her advance amount. In such a short notice when all the good makeup artists are booked, I spent my last days in tension and stress. I felt so helpless and annoyed. Now i have to pay more amount, need to travel on my wedding which was not planned and the complete order of functions needed to be changed only because of her. Please think twice before booking her. I read a similar experience in the reviews. Hopefully you don't be the next cancelled bride for her.

Wedding time is a stressful time for the most patient of us..but my decision to choose Leena as my mua for my events was the best and most destressing decision! The most unprofessional person I have even come across! I made two bookings with her for my Mehndi function and paid the agreed advance. A month later when I contracted her to make extra bookings for my family members maybe by her senior artist, she just told me that there is some issue with my date and even after my desperate attempts to reach out to her over msgs/calls she didn't reply and explained what exactly went wrong. A week later she answered my phone and said she is sorry that she can't do my makeup as she has taken some other booking for the same date. I have never seen her work personally, I booked her after I saw her on instagram. Don't know how good or bad she is, but this attitude can take no one anywhere. Cancelling my booking for one of my big events after one month and not even bothering to communicate the same, dude, that's not gonna work here!
