She is so unprofessional and such a cheat ... I trusted her based on a recommendation of a social media influencer and ordered my bridal jewellery from her....She committed that it will be kundan jewellery and backside will be meenakari but when I received my jewellery meenakari from my mathapatti was missing..on asking her she said it comes like that ...I asked her is there any particular reason ...she said she never committed for mathapatti she committed for only set...mentioning particulary that i only shared picture of the entire set with her... I also enquired with some other sellers and got to know that she overcharged me ....when asking her she said very rudely that she is using semikundan pearls where there is nothing of that sort......She is so unprofessional and such a cheat....and certainly does not have ethics and have never heard of anything called customer service.......Guys there are many other sellers online who are very ethical i would never recommend her to anyone.....I referred her to my SIL...we share the same name and she assumed that I was checking on her and she misbehaved with her ... when I asked her she said don't give me shit that you will troll us and her language was so filthy.....I so regret my purchase ....she just doesnt own up to her nasty behaviour .....worst seller worst purchase......

Femizen deserves 5/5! I got married this year and all my jwellery was from them! I found out abt them through Instagram and started following them for more designs. Trust me they made the whole process the easiest for me! Being a bride u already have a lot of other things to manage! The owner customised my jwellery according to my wedding lehenga all over a call! If there could be anything more awesome then that for a busy bride! Vaishali was so patient and easy to communicate with! She is fabulous at her work! To all brides out their do follow Femizen once! They really have a lot to offer and the quality is so good. just as you see in pictures.
