We had the best days every which were planned to every detail by Sajjan, Riddhi and the team at Fiestro. As we were planning a multi cultural wedding with guests from many parts of the world, it was important for us to ensure that our guests felt fully embedded in all the festivities. The Fiestro team helped us plan a wedding that brought out the best in Indian culture while catering for all of our many requirements! The decor was straight out a fairytale and better than I could every imagine or plan for. This included a cricket match on day one, a Disney themed sangeet and a holi celebration as part of haldi. Seeing our wishes come to life with Riddhi’s creativity is something we will always look back to and cherish dearly. Although, sometimes in the planning process it was difficult to coordinate with the team due to their many commitments and us living overseas- ultimately the team delivered and exceeded our expectations. One certainly has their work cut out for themselves when planning an Indian wedding, but planning a destination wedding in India from a foreign country, with an Indian groom and American bride is quite the tall order. Sajjan Ji and his team at Fiestro Events were up for the challenge and were nothing short of extraordinary. Right from the initial consultation to the grand finale, every moment was infused with their impeccable professionalism and unwavering commitment. The following is a brief summary of our experience. Our search for a venue began with reaching out to Fiestro. We had attended a wedding that Fiestro had managed and were quite impressed with their work. To begin with, during the venue selection process, Sajjan Ji personally escorted us to all the potential properties and introduced us to their respective management teams. He was also very helpful in sharing the strengths and weaknesses of each option and provided us with diligent counsel. In addition, due to Sajjan Ji’s personal relationship with our venue’s management team, we were able to get answers for all our questions and concerns and hence were able to narrow down to a decision that met our needs. Furthermore, the Fiestro team was also extremely helpful during planning and execution of the events. In regard to the decor planning, the team was readily available for conference calls and shared a genuine willingness to accommodate our preferences. In particular, we appreciated their quick turn around with decor recommendations and providing visual presentations when required. The execution of the decor was remarkable. Every event was decorated tastefully and adhered to our requirements and standards. Fiestro was also instrumental in coordinating between us and the food and beverage team. Being foodies, we needed special attention to our catering needs and Fiestro ensured that the hotel’s F&B team was receptive to our requests. In regard to guest management and logistics, Amit and Ayushi at Fiestro were on the mark. They ensured that all our guests were well taken care of and catered to their every need. In particular, they arranged for transportation for a wide array of guests traveling both internationally and domestic. During the ceremonies and events their expert coordination ensured that everything flowed seamlessly. They provided us with shadows and additional hands to assist family members and thereby allowed us to bask in the joy of our special days without a worry in the world Entertainment at the events was also coordinated well by Fiestro. They provided us with good recommendations for DJ and artists and even arranged for a Sufi musical night with live entertainment for one of our events. It is also noteworthy that Fiestro made travel and stay arrangements for our choreographer and anchor. Finally, I would also like to bring attention to a few smaller details that often go unmentioned. Specifically, the recommendation of the photographer and the assistance provided by Krati. Yogi Trivedi at Oragraphy took spectacular pictures of the wedding and worked well with the Fiestro team to best capture our special moments. I would also like to mention the support provided by Krati, she was our chief liaison with the venue and made our communication with their management team effortless. She also arranged for a menu tasting and provided valuable assistance with shopping at local markets. She also coordinated several things behind the scene and we cant’t thank her enough for all her help. In a nutshell, Fiestro was seamlessly able to meld traditional customs with contemporary flair. They ensured that our guests and family were treated well and given a memorable experience of Rajasthan. Once again a big thank you to Fiestro events for making our wedding a magical experience that exceeded all expectations. I recently had my wedding planned by the most HORRID, NEGATIVE, RUDE and INFLEXIBLE wedding planner - Fiestro Events (Riddhi & Sajjan). I would really request everyone to not hire them. They spoiled the experience of our wedding and scammed us big time. There were numerous problems: 1. to begin with the person who took our wedding informed us very late that she was getting married 2 weeks before our wedding - she was totally unavailable and irresponsible. My husband and I used to follow up with them continuously. We made the presentation ourselves in the end 2. there was no handoff after Riddhi went on vacation. She was not apologetic at all 3. No senior member of the team was present in our event and they had taken 3 weddings on the same days even after telling us that they will be present in our wedding 4. Sajjan is just an extortionist who was interested in getting more money 5. I have so many examples where the decor was way worse than what was finalized in the powerpoint. multiple seats were broken, wedding reception stage was so small and tacky, the wedding couch was so dirty, it looked like it was picked from garbage. 6. they charged us 60,000 for carpet and please look at the photos of the carpet below. Me and my husband literally cried at our events and i never wish any other couple to have such an experience. I really wish no one books them ever. They should be black-listed from wedmegood.

Fiestro was the starting point of our Wedding preparations. They were suggested by a dear friend of ours and we fully trusted them with all the responsibilities. We really liked both Riddhi and Sajjan the first time we met them. They are very helpful in all respects and are proactive for different tasks at hand. One thing that I loved about them is that they were always ready to execute everything we wanted. They never say no to you and deliver more than they promise. They helped us throughout, be it hotel bookings, decor, vendor management, event timing and management and everything else you can think of. Sajjan and Riddhi were both present at all of our functions and handled everything personally. When it comes to decor, Riddhi carefully understands your taste at each meeting and then gives a final product which would be an amalgamation of your, your family and her own taste. The decor at our wedding functions was beautiful. We loved every bit of it and so did our guests. The best thing is the little surprises that both of them plan for you. So many elements of our decor were surprises for us. We were really happy and satisfied working with Sajjan and Riddhi and would like to give them the credit fir making our day so memorable and beautiful.

Our marriage was in Jaipur from 7th-9th of February 2020 (5 functions in total) and we got in touch with Fiestro Events in February 2019. The team led by Sajjan and Riddhi surpassed all our expectations on our wedding day especially with the wedding decor - which our guests are still in awe of three weeks post the wedding! We both as the bride and groom were very involved in the wedding planning from Day 1 and Riddhi was our main point of contact. We did give her a hard time with our demands since we were very detail oriented and wanted it to turn out perfectly for us and boy it did! They made sure that every idea we gave was beautifully incorporated in every function and every element of the wedding, right from the food, entertainment, decor etc. was way beyond belief for us. We can gladly mention that as the bride and groom, we enjoyed our wedding more than anyone else. Riddhi Jain, who was our main point of contact is very talented and has a lot of potential to explore. Though we had certain hiccups over the course of the wedding planning (which is very typical of any big Indian wedding and should be expected), the three days of our wedding were extremely smooth, thanks to her. She gave us her undivided attention from 2 weeks before our wedding and was very cooperative over the three days, despite being under tremendous pressure to get things done. Only thing that I would recommend to her is to train her team to be as diligent as her in the work they do as it was pretty much a one-man show from her side during our wedding. Another thing I would like to specially mention is that there are no hidden costs or charges with these planners - everything is clarified before the functions start and rest assured, you will not be conned into paying significantly over and above your contract price unless there are major changes - and even this will be discussed in advance before the functions. A suggestion for the team is that they should tell the couple in advance that due to the volume of weddings they do, specially during the wedding season, that they will be able to focus on their wedding only about 2-3 weeks before the wedding and not prior to that. That sets the right expectations for the couple as well and will avoid any sort of panic to the couple to be married. All in all, we are extremely happy with Riddhi and Sajjan and would highly recommend this team to make sure your wedding is everything that you dreamt of. I wish the team all the very best for their future endeavors!

Riddhi and Sajjan were amazing wedding planners. Obviously like any other bride I had many expectations, and they had tremendous pressure on them. Despite all of this everything they did was above and beyond any expectation that I had. Everything was perfect. I always dreamt of magical wedding. Because of them all my dream came true.

They all have good staff and team! Best qualituy work. Also very supportive and can work according to the budget.I would suggest everyone to once visit them and hire them for thier wedding. They are amazing with their work.

I can't begin to thanks Sajjan Gill and his staff for the amazing service they provided for my daughters wedding. From the planning to the reception I can't imagine doing this without them. he contacted all of vendors and kept track of the time line, made sure all of our decorations were perfect. At one point while waiting for the groom to arrive he told us the exact location of the event! I feel like he was standing next to us every time we needed him. This was, by far, the best decision we made in hiring Fiestro Weddings and Events By Sajjan and made our day even more special!

Working with Fiestro Events in preparation for our wedding was the best decision I had made leading up to our special day. Sajjan worked with me from inception to completion and I was highly impressed with the professionalism and care that was taken to plan our day. He assisted with the ordering of items, right down to the cake tasting. I felt comfortable the entire time trusting her with EVERY DETAIL. I told him my colors and my vision and he blew our minds. Our wedding was originally planned for Nov 22nd, 2018, however, was postponed due to some reasons . Due to the change of date, our original vendors were also unable to accommodate us, which meant we were tasked with finding a new location, setting a new date etc, all of this while recovering . It was the most stressful time of my life, but Sajjan helped to keep me calm and focus the entire time. A new date and venue was set within 2 months and we were able to enjoy the time of our lives on Jan,05 2019 at the Five Stars Resort in the beautiful pink city .

I couldn't have better things to say about working with Mr Gill and his team. Throughout the planning process, Gill was attentive, organized and resourceful. Riddhi helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. She took the reigns on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Mr Gill and his team were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so grateful that we picked Mr Gill to help us throughout our wedding planning. I would recommend Sajjan Gill and Fiestro team to absolutely anyone!

My wife and I are based in Singapore and we got married in October 2018 in Jaipur, and had initially started working with Fiestro as our wedding planner. Our experience was a complete disaster and we ended up firing Fiestro a couple of months before the wedding. Firstly other than the founder himself, their staff are extremely junior, untrained amateurs creating a comedy of errors. The RSVP management service was a joke and they offended many of our guests. My wife and I ended up managing the entire thing ourselves. Fiestro also lied to us repeatedly about various matters relating to the pricing for our hotel and event bookings that were booked through them. Fiestro markets itself as specially servicing foreign clientele.... I would advise not to make the same mistake we made in working with them.

Riddhi is extremely easy to work with, she customize work flow as per your needs and vision for the wedding. She take care of the smallest of your requirements and ensure you have no stress on you for anything to do with the wedding. Whole team have a great network of vendors which are happy to work on your budget making everything really smooth for the family. I would highly recommend their team as they took care of my wedding like it's one of their owns. All the best team ..

Fiestro Events team did an amazing job with all planning, dealing with all issues and last minute firedrills. Their ability to act quickly and their composure were really great for us throughout the wedding period. It was especially helpful that someone on the team was always in the lobby to direct guests and provide help or assistance where needed. There were several times when guests misplaced things and the team had backup items or made sure guests were able to get replacements for any missing items. Any guests we spoke with were also very happy with all their interactions with the Fiestro team. Everyone was very professional, courteous and had a positive attitude. We highly highly recommend Fiestro and definitely will be using Fiestro for more weddings in our family!!

Sajjan and Vikas from Fiestro were amazing to work with. They understood my vision from the start and customized the decor etc. to fit my budget. I was super happy with the end results at my Mehendi, Sangeet and Wedding functions. Harshi from Fiestro managed all our last minute requests without any questions. I chose Fiestro because from the beginning I was confident that their design team will do a great job for the Decor aspect of our wedding and they exceeded my expectations. The only thing I regret is not taking the taxi services from them for the transportation of our guests, they managed the transportation but it would have been seamless if we would have chosen their vendor.
