There's no option to rate the services less than "0.5", otherwise I would have given -5 for their worst and pathetic service. They are good for doing Passport size photo. Not for big events and functions. You have to go and sit with them to design and correcting the Album. They don't have the competency to do. My marriage happened on November 2023. Since then, I have been following up with them still they didn't give the Candid Video and album. It's really a frustrating service from these guys. Most importantly they won't pick your call. Infact, we settled the full amount one year back. They don't have the reason for the delay, so they won't answer the calls. It makes you lose your calm. I know Vishnu for more than a decade and I had a huge trust on him because of which I booked him for my marriage, and I recommended him for my friend wedding as well. At last, my friend fed up with these guys and doing album with another photographer.
