Do not go with the reviews given as 5 stars. I hope most them are given by their own contacts for publicity. I've already given my review previously but deleted it on his request. He kept on asking to delete it from everywhere(facebook, google and many other websites) Definitely, Puneet is very friendly and up to the mark in all aspect. But, it is until you are not trapped. Once your bookings are done and money paid. You can't do anything. He will not respond back. He will not help out in things. I'm from Delhi and got in contact with him last year April for booking my wedding functions. According to his quotation and generosity he has shown; I booked him for all of my functions. My wedding was in Dec and I was relaxed that everything will go as planned with him. So what happened next is I didn't get my photos and videos on time. there were many iterations for the edits to be done in the video because they were unable to understand and complete the feedback in one go. Finally, this Sep I got all my data and again some edits in the full video were missing. I'm constantly messaging him for the same. But, I do not hope to go with them anymore. I'm so frustrated with his replies 1) "Humne jitne kam me aapka kar diya utne me koi nahi karega; jake pata kar lijiye" 2) "Mujhe koi profit nahi hua hai aapka kaam lekar" How can you say anything like this to your client if you have not even met their basic expectation? RIDICULOUS SERVICE
