Writing this review breaks my heart because this was for my own wedding, a day I had dreamed about for years. Instead of holding onto beautiful memories, I’m left with disappointment and frustration. From the start, I tried to trust the process, but things kept going wrong. The photographer kept sending a new team for every function, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I had no consistency, no familiar faces, and no one who truly understood my preferences. Every day felt like starting over with strangers, and that’s not something any bride should have to deal with during her own wedding. What hurts the most is that after all the stress and patience, I didn’t even receive my photos and videos on time. Everything was delayed for an entire year, and after waiting so long, the final output was nowhere near what I was promised. The video, reels, and teaser were especially disappointing — badly edited, lacking emotion, and missing so many things I personally requested. It didn’t reflect our story, our moments, or even the vibe of the wedding. A wedding only happens once, and your photographer is supposed to help you relive those precious moments. Instead, I’m left wishing I had chosen someone else. I would strongly advise future couples to think carefully and choose a team that values communication, consistency, and the emotional importance of the occasion. This is what I felt and my familiy.
