We are based in New Zealand, and had to organize everything remotely, but Payal made the entire process so much easier. She went out of her way so many times to show us different options, and colours and items. We were also very scared regarding the shipment of our gifts, as we had to get them shipped from India to NZ. Upon receiving our parcel, we were expecting many broken glass pieces, but Payal ensured this was not the case.
