Worst nightmare for anyone. I went to this salon on 30th Oct 2022 to get the straight therapy done. I spoke to the manager who actually has no knowledge at all about which service a customer should go as per the condition of the hair and he was really pushy. After my discussion with the hair stylist Ayaan, we agreed to get the hair therapy done. They use Schwarzkopf products which I doubt was genuine. It took like 5 hours in the treatment and I was told to come back after 3 days for the wash. After two days I realised that my hair aren't even straight and there are waves in my hair. I shared this with the hair stylist who took it so casually and said it will be alright. I had my hair wash that day and I came back home half heartedly as I was not at all happy with the service. After two days I again went to the salon and shared my concern that my hair look dead and they are not straight at all, the hair stylist said it is fine and when I didn't agree he did the straight therapy treatment on the front hair. I told him this will burn my hair and he said nothing is going to happen. My hair are damaged by the 2nd procedure done by the stylist who doesn't know anything about hair science. I paid 5k to these people so they can burn my hair. oh btw this is not the first time. I went there last year too to get the hair treatment done and the same thing happened last year. Dear Aparna, you said you are going to call me? I understand you and your team has no empathy as it is not only money I wasted here, I wasted my time, 3-4 days to fix my hair which is the worst nightmare rightnow. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Aparna that soo called artist the owner, she took my booking continuously asking for money and all.I did the payment...then after sometime she called me up coz she got another booking apko to venue make up ni saloon make up krana tha....chlo guys wo b settle kia....just coz she have got soo many bookings she double up my venue make up charges just a day before my marriage and cancelled my booking. Isne meri shaadi ka din khrb kr dia.....I really regret please think twice. Ye aisi aurat hai sochti hai paise de degi ek din pehle to sb theek ho jaega. Isko to mere paise deke 5k.isne dusri brides se 50,000 kama liye Or kuch paiso ke liye mera din khrb kar dia. Soo ap log soch lena booking karne se pehle coz kuch paiso ke liye she may even cancel ur booking also or apki life ka sbse important din khrb degi just like isne meri zindagi ka kiya. Guys plz think y in every 1 star review every one has written owner is rude.They only run buisness not the client satisfaction. Seriously they only know how to make money uske liye chahe apki skin, apka din ya kch b khrb ho. I wish maine isko kbhi book na kia hota. Regretting meri zindagi ka din khrb kia isne....that y ye review deke I want to help other girls. But I will pray same for her. God is there. And I hope aparna ka bhi utna hi acha make up ho uski shaadi Wale din jaisa usne mere sath kiya tha... Please guys don't book don't....think twice

She is absolutely fabulous , so calm, adjusting and understanding . She uses the best make up brands and first understand your own perspective of bride and then comes up with suggestions that simply enhances your features . I absolutely loved here bridal makeup great job Lovely, keep it up .
