I bought a very expensive dress from house of Surya. Paid them ₹1800 for fitting. They took 3 weeks for fixing and yet made the pants shorter than required and left the top dress untouched. I will have to take the dress to another tailor to get it fixed now. Very disappointed

Please don’t buy costly lehnga from here. I bought one for wedding. They just haven’t good finishing work. Even the cost above 50k still they have not done proper finishing. I recommend people don’t waste your time and money. they don’t have any return and exchange policy as well. Completely deny return and exchange policy.

Pathetic service, very poor staff, I purchased my wedding lehenga from here, they sent me a different blouse whose work was inferior as compared to the lehenga and the work was not matching lehenga design. On calling, they don't reply and took so many calls to finally accept their mistake. But even after that they refused to send the replacement. Total bakwaas! Don't buy from here if you don't want added stress in your wedding preps!!
