Ordered a custom-stitched suit for my wedding, expecting elegance and quality. I paid €91 in total (product, shipping, and import taxes), only to receive a completely unusable, low-quality, and poorly made dress. The stitching was incomplete, with holes and loose threads throughout. The material was advertised as silk, but what I received was cheap polyester. The so-called “custom size” did not match my measurements at all. The item was misleadingly advertised on their website, looking nothing like the photos. On top of that, the product is not eligible for returns and even if it was, they expect international customers to pay for return shipping to India, which is unreasonable. When I complained, they offered me a laughable 15% refund, despite admitting the inconvenience. House of Indya is clearly misleading customers, especially international buyers who are then trapped with defective products and no realistic way to return them. I do not recommend this brand to anyone. Be extremely cautious, they have zero quality control and no accountability.

Horrible customer service. Scam artists! I received a gown with a different neck and proved to them it was incorrect. They are still giving me the run around and will not accept my return and refund!! Do not purchase from this store!!!!!!

Wedding shopping is thrilling, exciting and stressful all at the same time but they made my journey of choosing my wedding outfits very easy. They have a really welcoming staff and they make sure to make you comfortable and guide you through everything. Loved shopping from here. The fitting was absolutely great as well. Recommended.

I had purchased product from house of indya on February 2021 through online and cod product was so bad it was not even properly ironed ..I have placed return request they took product from me yet to get my refund amount even after month they just keep telling technical glitches all the time..I won't recommend this to anyone beware of thr customer service and refund process ..

I did my wedding shopping from here and I got really nice outfits for myself from here. They have a great collection to choose from and they have a vey different variety of clothes as compared to others. They offer amazing customer service and are very polite to the customers. Highly recommended.
