I was clueless when I was trying to find a makeup artist for my wedding in Ranchi because that was a unknown city for me. I scrolled through google search results and Instagram for top best makeup artists in Ranchi and a handful of results showed up out of which Isha was one of them. I dialled everyone to get some info about their services and costing. I should mention this that the way Isha responds and reciprocates to her clients is what makes a whole lot of difference. It’s not that you always look for ROI in terms of money, it’s most importantly how you have been treated and responded. I am so so so glad that I choose Isha although I was really unsure until I got my makeup done for my engagement. She makes you feel really warmth and talks sweetly. She is a professional and does makeup not because this is just a job for her but does it out of her passion and that’s the biggest reason she takes all her looks so seriously. And trust me when I say this. My journey was something like this: I saw Isha’s profile on Instagram and simply ignored until all my batchmates started getting their D-Day looks done by her. Then one day I read her story of her being pregnant close to 8months(if I am not wrong) and then to she decided and went on for her deliverables for one of her clients. This day I wrote a personal message to her(even though we didn’t know each other) and appreciated her for her dedication towards her work and clients. Same day I had already made up my mind that I am gonna choose her when my time comes? and I did the same?…Coming to my Look for roka: we discuss everything about my look like eyes, hair, what type of makeup(subtle or bold), dress, jewellery, my face features and what could we focus more on enhancing etc etc. I was really and extremely happy how it turned out to be. This look was for a early morning roka function and that’s why was meant to be subtle. She chose the colour of my eye makeup very delicately and wisely. If you notice the details in the photos attached you will actually realise the makeup precisions in each of my face features like eyes, nose, lips and hair. We also discuss about my skin dryness issue on my face which she handled really well with makeup(not visible at all?). I have thin hair and that comes with less volume but again she managed my hair extremely well. As a customer (and a request to any future bride reading this), try trusting the makeup artist a little bit. I know it’s hard to risk our special day but we can try trusting their skills by looking at their previous work experience. The reason I am mentioning this is because many a time makeup and artistry is a real time decision and we should not fixated ourself with one type of look. This way we create an unnecessary pressure on makeup artist and will later blame them if this doesn’t turn well. Instead I suggest try discussing before hand and not just go by one particular look because you found it good on someone else. In my case, I trusted Isha a 100% and the results are right in front of your eyes! Overall it was a surreal experience with her and she knows that I love her! Cheers❤️

I had made up my mind to get my makeup done from Isha way before my wedding dates were finalised. Lockdown changed our plans a couple of times and we didn’t know when or where but one thing I knew was I wouldn’t trust anyone with makeup but her. She isn’t someone who would just come on the final day, get the work done and leave. She will help you with every tiny detail whether it’s outfit, jewellery, mehendi person and whatever help you need. She helped me with skin care for a month.
