--- My experience at Janvi Mehra’s salon in Amritsar was extremely disappointing. My daughter visited the salon for her engagement makeup, and the overall hygiene and professionalism were far below expectations. The salon was very poorly maintained. The bathroom was dirty, with urine stains and an unpleasant smell. There was visible dust around the place, giving it a very low-standard and unhygienic appearance. For a makeup studio handling important events, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. What made the experience worse was the behavior of the makeup artist and her staff. Their attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely insensitive to customer concerns. Despite charging high fees, they did not provide quality service, and I was not satisfied with the makeup results at all. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who is expecting professionalism, hygiene, and good customer service on such special occasions.She has only one staff.I never saw such dirty and low profile saloon --- If you want it even stronger, softer, or more detailed, I can edit it again.

Super unprofessional and unethical. Jahnvi is not bothered about the bride and doesn't care even if she is spoiling the bride's special day. The hairstylist decided was absent on the day of my event and Jahnvi did not care to inform me prior to the event. She mentioned that hair accessories are a part of the package inclusions but refused to provide on the day of my wedding. She ignores the client and keeps using her phone. If she doesn't want to deliver what she promises she should just stop doing her business because things don't work this way.

Most Arrogant Person Ever. She has too much attitude and insults brides on the basis of their skin colour, height and weight. Never book her or else waste your money

Arrogant and poor time management... Extremely last minute and caused all panic and havoc... Not recommended at all

She is very unpunctual, does not understand the importance of a function for bride. She is very arrogant in her behaviour

Worst experience and a very egoistic human being Came late and when we asked her in a strong tone she asked us to leave. Not at all a humble human being Made me cry on my special day Please please dont spoil your day by booking her

A terrible experience. took 1200 for only curling my hair. did absolutely nothing. made me wait for 2 hours only to pin up my earrings in a way that they kept falling the whole night of my sister’s wedding. She is extremely unprofessional and rude and takes more clients than she can handle and is very amateur in her work. Too pricey for her services. never going back and never recommending her to anyone.

Arrogant and rude!! Very unprofessional behaviour !! Will not recommend moving forward.
