Extremely Disappointed with Just Chill Production I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with Just Chill Production photography services, in hopes that it serves as a warning to future clients. What was promised to us initially seemed professional and exciting – timely delivery of high-quality photos, reels, and videos, personalized attention, and smooth communication. Unfortunately, the actual experience was the complete opposite, marred by false promises, unprofessional conduct, and a total lack of accountability. Here are the major issues we faced: 1. False Promises and Misleading Assurances At the beginning, the team confidently committed to delivering edited photos and videos within a set timeline. We were shown samples and given a well-spoken pitch – but those promises quickly turned out to be empty words. Nothing was delivered as per the schedule they promised. 2. Extremely Delayed Delivery Despite repeated follow-ups, photos and videos were not delivered on time. Some reels were either not delivered at all or sent after an unreasonable delay. This caused immense stress, especially since the event was personal and irreplaceable. 3. Unresponsive Communication Once the payment was made (which they insisted on taking completely in advance), their responsiveness dropped drastically. Phone calls were often ignored, messages went unanswered for days, and when someone did respond, it was usually with lame excuses ranging from staff issues to “system problems.” 4. Unprofessional Behavior Their overall attitude after the payment was shockingly casual. They took no responsibility for the delays or lack of communication. There was zero sense of urgency or empathy toward the client’s concerns.

After reaching out to 50+ photographers (yes, I went all in), Just Chill stood out instantly. Saurabh just got us; our vibe, our expectations, our style and delivered way beyond what we hoped. They covered three of our events, haldi, Engagement and Wedding. And from planning to execution, it was smooth, fun, and effortless. The team was like family present but never in the way. The candids? Unreal. The posed shots? Guided like pros. The editing? Pure magic. Every photo and video feels like a time capsule of emotion. What I loved most was how they took time to understand who mattered to us and made sure those moments were highlighted. And Saurabh, thank you for being a calm, creative rock throughout! Disappointing Experience with Just Chill Production & Saurabh Salunke Note: I was not going to write a review but have to write this review only and only because of the most frustrating aspect - the lack of responsiveness from Mr. Salunkhe. He consistently ignored our calls and messages, leaving us feeling abandoned and uncertain about the fate of our photos and videos. It was only after relentless pursuit on our end that he begrudgingly agreed to send the materials, well beyond the promised timeline. I recently engaged Saurabh Salunkhe, owner of Just Chill Production, based in Navi Mumbai, to capture one of the most memorable events of my life - my engagement ceremony. However, my experience with their services left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment to prevent others from facing similar frustrations. From the onset, several issues arose that significantly marred the entire experience. Firstly, crucial moments involving key family members were completely overlooked, as they were not captured at all. This oversight deprived us of precious memories that we had hoped to cherish forever. Moreover, the process of obtaining the raw photos and videos was needlessly arduous. Initially met with resistance, we had to persistently advocate for what should have been a basic inclusion in our package. Only after considerable effort did Mr. Salunkhe concede, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. Furthermore, promises made regarding the delivery of Instagram reels were unfulfilled. Despite assurances of a prompt delivery within a week, we were left waiting for an extended period of 15 days. When finally received, the reels were disappointingly edited, devoid of emotion, and failed to encapsulate the essence of our special day. Communication with Mr. Salunkhe proved to be a major challenge, with repeated attempts to reach him met with silence and indifference. The absence of timely responses and proactive engagement left us feeling neglected and apprehensive about the outcome of our investment. Even after an extensive wait, the delivered content fell short of expectations. Drone footage, touted as a highlight feature, was subpar and required significant editing on our part to salvage. This delay, coupled with the need for extensive post-production work, further exacerbated our dissatisfaction. In conclusion, my experience with Just Chill Production was far from satisfactory. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and failure to deliver on promises reflect a disregard for customer service standards. I urge prospective clients to exercise caution and explore alternative options to avoid the disappointment and frustration that characterized my engagement photography experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Saurabh & Team for my wedding day and I cannot recommend them enough. Their attention to detail and commitment to capturing every special moment made them an essential part of our day. From the beginning, they took the time to get to know us and our vision for the day. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and were always patient and understanding. Their creativity and skill were evident in the final product - our wedding video was truly a work of art. They captured every important moment and emotion, and we were left with a beautiful and timeless record of our special day. They took the time but it was worth the wait as saurabh told us in beginning. One thing that I would like to tell other couples who are willing to hire them is to not make them hurry and let them take time. These people have a keen eye for detail and it's important to let them work their magic. It may take a little longer, but the final product will be worth it. They really take the time to craft a beautiful story that you will cherish forever. :)

Thank you is such a small word for saurabh and his whole team. Starting from the pre-wedding shoot till wedding, they captured every single special moment in a very very beautiful way. By the end of the day they have become like a family. They are not only professional but at the same time so so much patient, humble, kind, cultured and understanding. They work with a lot of passion and perfection. As a bride when one get anxious with many things, the whole team comforts the couple in a great way. I highly recommend them to everyone, to have them as a part of your big day. They will work like magicians coz they take their work so so so seriously. Bless you all guys. This was an absolute wonderful experience with the JustChill team. Coming from Delhi to Mumbai for engagement and being skeptical about everything.
