Throughout the process, the Kesari Events team was fully engaged in the convergence of thoughts and ideas from both the parents and in taking care of the bride and groom's preferences. In the end it was a flawless delivery, and plans were well executed in a copybook style. The décor was a real wow factor! Our special thanks to the Krishnan team, as the praise for décor was echoed in guest comments several times during and after the event each set-up was unique and spectacular! Barring some initial hiccups because of the hotel, which were actively taken care of by the Kesari Events team, the logistics arrangement ran quite smoothly, and communication was well managed. If you are looking for a team to execute your dream wedding, Kesari Events is truly the best wedding planner in Indore. From the very beginning, they were professional, well-coordinated, and made the entire process stress-free and comfortable. A big shout-out to Krishnan, who was proactive throughout the planning and execution. My wedding was on 14th June 2025, and we hired Kesari Events just 4 weeks before the big day. Still, they ensured everything was perfectly in sync. I was in constant touch with Krishnan, and his enthusiasm for my wedding felt more like that of a family member than a planner. Every detail was taken care of with perfection. One moment that I will never forget is when the vidai time suddenly changed from 10:00 AM to 5:00 AM. At 2:30 AM in the night, I realized I haven’t inform it to Krishnan for arranging many stuffs. I called Krishnan in a panic, and within an hour—by 4:00 AM everything he has arranged over night and surprise was I never asked to make my car decorated however Krishnan made it by his own efforts and it was just cherry on top surprise element and my car was beautifully decorated. My family did not allow me to remove it for 4 days as involved many emotions. Honestly, if Krishnan hadn’t managed this at midnight, it wouldn’t have been possible. Kesari Events went above and beyond to make sure everything was simple, elegant, and classy. I can’t thank them enough for turning my wedding into a dream. One certainly has their work cut out for themselves when planning an Indian wedding, but planning a destination wedding in India from a foreign country, with an Indian groom and American bride is quite the tall order. Krishnan and his team at Kesari Events were up for the challenge and were nothing short of extraordinary. Right from the initial consultation to the grand finale, every moment was infused with their impeccable professionalism and unwavering commitment. The following is a brief summary of our experience. Our search for a venue began with reaching out to Kesari Event. We had attended a wedding that krishnan had managed and were quite impressed with their work. To begin with, during the venue selection process, Krishnan personally escorted us to all the potential properties and introduced us to their respective management teams. He was also very helpful in sharing the strengths and weaknesses of each option and provided us with diligent counsel. In addition, due to Krishnan past hotel industry working experience & relationship with our venue’s management team, we were able to get answers for all our questions and concerns and hence were able to narrow down to a decision that met our needs. Furthermore, the team was also extremely helpful during planning and execution of the events. In regards to the decor planning, the team was readily available for conference calls and shared a genuine willingness to accommodate our preferences. In particular, we appreciated their quick turn around with decor recommendations and providing visual presentations when required. The execution of the decor was remarkable. Every event was decorated tastefully and adhered to our requirements and standards. Kesari Events was also instrumental in coordinating between us and the food and beverage team. Being foodies, we needed special attention to our catering needs and as mentioned Krishnan has ample knowledge and experience with ensured that the hotel’s F&B team was receptive to our requests. In regard to guest management and logistics, Nikhil and Ayushi at team were on the mark. They ensured that all our guests were well taken care of and catered to their every need. In particular, they arranged for transportation for a wide array of guests traveling both internationally and domestic. During the ceremonies and events their expert coordination ensured that everything flowed seamlessly. They provided us with shadows and additional hands to assist family members and thereby allowed us to bask in the joy of our special days without a worry in the world. Entertainment at the events was also coordinated well. They provided us with good recommendations for DJ and artists and even arranged for a Sufi musical night with live entertainment for one of our events. It is also noteworthy that Krishnan made travel and stay arrangements for our choreographer and anchor. Finally, I would also like to bring attention to a few smaller details that often go unmentioned. Specifically, the recommendation of the photographer and the assistance provided by Khushi. Photographers team took spectacular pictures of the wedding and worked well with the Kesari team to best capture our special moments. I would also like to mention the support provided by Khushi, she was our chief liaison with the venue and made our communication with their management team effortless. She also arranged for a menu tasting and provided valuable assistance with shopping at local markets. She also coordinated several things behind the scene and we cant’t thank her enough for all her help. In a nutshell, Kesari was seamlessly able to meld traditional customs with contemporary flair. They ensured that our guests and family were treated well and given a memorable experience of each events. Once again a big thank you to Kesari events for making our wedding a magical experience that exceeded all expectations. You made my wedding day beautiful and now is my turn to tell the world, how awesome you guys are! my fiancée & me sitting in different continents, trying to pull off our wedding within a very very short timeframe. And we did not even have a chance to think, what all do we actually need to think about and arrange. And that's where this awesome bunch came into picture. Ofcourse they are exceptional but i do want to tell you why they are different from everyone you are gonna meet. (And I speak this with conviction, cause we did meet quite a few before them!). 1. Krishnan always have the "Can-do"attitude, he go far and wide to MAKE things happen. 2. He absolutely know what he was doing. He can guide you with even the smallest of details that you might not have remembered or considered. Insight of details on every step are extremely exceptional which comes after so many years of experience. 3. He is always there, even to a point of midnight's or before the crack of dawn. 4. You might have a budget of 5 lakh or 50 lakh, but your service is not gonna be any less than the later, professional beyond expectations. 5. He is wonderful person to start with, he works each wedding with such passion like it's their own family or friends. Not just as a paid service. 6. ⁠Some of the cost was supposed to be paid from our pocket. Krishnan never even thought of paying from his own pocket, and there are many small costs he has paid for, and till now he has never asked for that single penny. To be honest, I got to know this after a couple of months from my family members. I thought to call him and ask for the total amount he has paid out of his own pocket, but I remember he told us he never thinks of paying money because for him, money never matters; he keeps his words and relationships with the client on top priorities. I never get a chance to meet a person like him, so much into the emotion of any wedding. Sum total, he is a fabulous wedding planner and most likely a human being. Thank you Kesari Events. Krishnan is a genie! You ask for it and he makes it happen :) We don't know where to start. We were fortunate to have found Krishnan during our wedding planner research in 2022 however after talking multiple times. He continued to stay in touch with us (which is so rare these days). So when time came in 2024, we knew who will plan our wedding. We made his job even more challenging by giving him just a two month notice. Krishnan was very patient and composed with us, listened to our requirements and was genuinely invested in planning the wedding we wanted. From providing destination venue grids to figuring out local venue options (all within couple weeks and as per our needs), He did a commendable job there. We had a February wedding in Indore and we can't thank him enough for his recommendation to get a venue with both indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate unpredictable weather. He is an excellent negotiator (Best part is he is ex Hotelier and work with Omg MARRIOTT) with vendors and ensures that he provides the best value to his clients. His decor ideas aligned perfectly with what we wanted as though he read our minds. His suggestions on decor and giveaways were very unique. Our guests loved the little personalized perfume giveaways during the cocktail event. Krishnan is hardworking, humble and a very calm individual who is very organized in how he operates. He keeps her calm even when things may not go as planned and immediately tries to find solutions to bring things back on track. We worked in different time zones but he never complained about late night phone calls and always made us feel welcomed. He provides quality service but is open to constructive feedback - which shows how much he cares about her clients' experience. Krishnan also advocates for environment friendly decor/packaging and local artists/small businesses (who are great but may not have social media presence). Our amazing mehendi artist and our dhol walas were great finds by Krishnan . Krishnan is one of those rare professionals who goes above and beyond the client expectations. We asked for fresh greens and orchids umbrella for bridal entry - He made it happen (even though he had not done it before), color coordinated safas - he did that too, he executed every small detail such as right color florals, varmala details, sign board on entrance and every little detail of our decor with the decorators. We(and our guests) loved his little touches such as the floral cones hung on the chairs during wedding pheras. We originally had only signed up for his consultation service. But again - he went above and beyond by personally coming to the venues and ensuring all the set up and flow is in place. He also provided us with a shadow - Shakti to assist with all wedding stuff.She was amazing, she took care of all small and big things while I got ready. She ensured I was well fed and hydrated amidst all the wedding craziness. She was incredibly SWEET and worked relentlessly to make sure we were comfortable through the wedding events. She also took some beautiful snaps on our phones which is great to view while we wait for our official photos. We can go on and on about how much we loved working with Krishnan and his team. Very humble and kind professional with positive attitude and fantastic team! Thank you so much for giving us the wedding we didn't think we can pull off. Wedding is the most important day, definitely, but it is finale of 1000 different things planned in the backend to all work in sync to perfection on the day to make it happen. These 1000 things, fortunately for us, was just 1 - Kesari Events. Our wedding planner. Everything delivered, all demands, realistic or unrealistic, fulfilled, all activities planned, conceptualised and executed to perfection with a smile that never goes away. From pre-wedding photoshoot where the team worked tirelessly continuously for hours and won us over to the 2 wedding days and the receptions that followed, we just had to call Krishnan and we knew the task is done. Managing this entire thing between 2 cities. Krishnan made sure that these 2 days became the most memorable 2 days because we didn’t have to worry about anything but our expressions in the photos!!!! Krishnan & Amit with his trademark, ‘haan ho jaega’ deliver what they promise - if you know me, you know it will be done. Trust Krishnan only make your big day even better and more memorable. Krishnan & his team are such a gem!! It is not only about breathtaking decor they had in my wedding, But their attention to detail and making a memorable wedding for each guest and it was so apparent. We are by no means fancy people but were excited to splurge for our once in a lifetime wedding. They were so incredible at making us feel welcome, excited for us to celebrate (Giving personalised touch and themeing the whole concept of our wedding), and were attentive to everything. What I appreciated I think the most was that while we were of course splurging on some things, we were definitely not the fanciest/highest dollar people staying there and I never felt like they treated us any differently or wanted to help us any less. Such a treat through and through!! In addition to all of the amazing things while we were enjoying our wedding, I lost my jwellery in my room on our last night and the hospitality that team was AMAZING. They connected with the hotel for me, made security personnell to work on it, and then notified each of the team member. Next day I woke up to a handwritten note to stop by the helpdesk to go over the reception. And I was blown away! If you want to plan your wedding with someone incredibly classy, feel totally pampered, and receive top notch service, BOOK KESARI EVENTS!!
