There's no negative scale or I would have given that. Came all the way from Bangalore to get my engagement dress, and they totally ruined my dress with respect to design, quality of fabric and everything. They didn't even do the embroidery work that was agreed upon, I was so upset, imagine getting some crapily designed dress on the day before your engagement. Lesson learnt, don't believe everything on Instagram or your cash goes down into the drain(40k)

I gave my engagement dress for customization at Label M back in October for my Engagement in January. I came all the way from Dubai just to give the order and measurements. After the desgin was confirmed and advance was given the designer had resigned and I was not notified of this. They went AWOL for a month and after multiple attempts to get in touch with them we had to start the design from scratch with a new designer and they lost my color swatch as well. I wanted to get the dress a week before my function (and they promised this) but i got it ONLY THE DAY BEFORE and still had to make so many alterations even after flying in from Dubai just to give my measurements. I was highly disappointed by their service. They had absolutely no value for me as a customer and gave me no responses after repeated follow ups. I would NOT RECOMMEND their services.

Very bad experience. Stitching is not at all good.since many years i have purchased many salwars& sarees.But this time I spend 30 k & it is utterly waste of money.Blouse & salwar Stitching is not up to the mark.

Months of discussions and uncertainty due to pandemic made this quite difficult but Label M team stood by me and helped out and calmed the bridezilla in me..
