@Lumiere events : Terrible experience! If i could i would give them no stars. My husband had booked them in the year 2019 for our wedding in the following nxt year which didn’t happend due to lockdown. However they were paid an advance amount of 80k. Our wedding was held at own residence due to restrictions and they weren’t available as it was triple lockdown bt they promised to refund the advance. It’s been 3 yrs still they haven’t refunded full amount. 50k is remaining to refund. We cannot let it go bcz It’s such a huge amount and i am posting this publicly bcz we hav given them 3 yrs time & that’s more than enough.

Thank you team LWC for making our engagement day truly memorable one. They went far beyond my expectations and provided excellent service. Special shoutout to Nehla, who is not only an amazingly talented professional, but also a bubbly spirit to be around. She has made the whole process of my engagement planning stress free and smooth sailing! She knew how to turn our ideas and dreams into reality. She and her entire team didn't leave a stone unturned to make sure everything was so elegantly organized and seamless . Do keep up the good work!

Hey Nehla, Smrithika, Wanted to drop in a thank you note for all the planning and execution undertaken for the #WhenRoshMadeAVish wedding!👰🏻🤵🏻 Loved all the minute detailing and play with lights and lamps during the Sangeet, and ofcourse the lavender and white play setup with the flower garden backdrop at the chess park ceremony, which was a hit. Also kudos to the lavender prints of the service order, caricature placing and colorful backdrops as per briefs discussed. The bridesmaids absolutely loved their bouquets 💐 and the bride even more with her bridal bouquet. With all the months leading up to it and the number of meetings and long distance calls between us and the fam, glad we saw the event come to life beautifully. Special thanks for having the guitars arranged last minute. Also special shootout to Nehla for making us fix on the venue and MUA during the very initial stages 🤗 In terms of constructive feedback, the colour bomb execution could have been weighed out better with pros and cons of its positioning, but I guess that was extreme bad luck. The last thing one wanted was a literal spark to the wedding gown. And I think the sangeet song playlist could have been run through once before the programme started to ensure there were no last minute glitches. Hope this feedback will help for your other upcoming events. However all in all, absolutely loved how the 03 events through the 02 days looked, and pats on the back to you guys for all the days and nights you needed to stay up in order to make the wedding truly happen. Wishing the Lumiere events team all the best with their future endeavors and may you continue to bring weddings alive, elegantly. ♥

The team worked with us as if it was the wedding of their own family member 😍. They do all possible things to the bestest way and try their best even for the impossible things to happen . Special mention to Don , Nehala & the entire team who worked in every smallest to the biggest things to make our day memorable forever. Excellent support from the team who are filled with creativity and ideas. Had a dream concept accomplished for my Sister's wedding. A memorable time and days indeed to cherish for life. Would recommend to anybody who would love to experience new concepts and color themes. The team is very cooperative with optimistic approach to new ideas and capable of accomplishing dream concepts for a wedding.

I am so thankful to the entire events team for putting up such a nice and well coordinated event management on the entire day. We had three events on the same day and managing back to back each event with such a nice coordination is definitely praise worthy.
