Pathetic service, complete waste of time and money! I visited this salon today for waxing and a pedicure with UV nail paint. Before starting, I clearly informed them I only had one hour as I had a bus to catch. They agreed, but the execution was a mess. The waxing alone took 40 minutes, and to make things worse, they used cheap-quality wax even though they had better options available. Then came the pedicure — I specifically told them to skip the soaking and just do a quick scrubbing followed by nail paint. Instead, because no staff was free, they made me soak my feet for 10 minutes unnecessarily. By the time the scrubbing was done, my hour was up. I requested they at least apply the nail paint, but again, they asked me to wait another 10 minutes because their staff was busy. Despite reminding them that I had a bus to catch in 15 minutes, they showed no urgency or concern. They wasted 20 minutes of my time, and I had to leave with incomplete services. Yet, they still charged me the full amount. On top of that, one staff member was extremely rude and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Overall, the service was unprofessional, disorganized, and inconsiderate. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. If you go there once, you might get lucky — but visit more than once, and this might happen to you too.

This is to share and highlight my extremely disappointing experience at Luxe by PJ. On October 10th, I went in for a Kera Smooth treatment, but the salon failed to disclose the full details upfront. Halfway through the treatment, they began revealing information gradually after realizing their mistake. They even tried to pressure me into buying products. The next day, on October 11th, I went in for a rinse (as instructed by the salon) and was shocked when they refused to shampoo my hair, likely because they knew it would reveal the damage they'd caused. They only wanted to rinse my hair. After the rinse, I discovered that they had burnt my hair. When I spoke to the owner, Pooja Jaiswal, she completely denied it and had the audacity to claim that I had come in with burnt hair. There was no senior member available at the salon. Ms. Pooja Jaiswal didn’t even have the courage to come to the salon in person to address the issue and on requesting she refused to show me any CCTV footage of the hair I had before the treatment. The hairdresser who originally treated my hair was missing on the second day, and my hair was handed to an inexperienced person. This salon is highly unprofessional, and I believe they are misleading customers for financial gain. I paid a huge amount of Rs. 8000/- for this kind of treatment. Why would they proceed with the treatment if my hair was supposedly burnt? I will surely drag the salon to the consumer forum and even register a complaint to the competent authorities about the malpractices followed by them, to ensure no one else falls victim to their deceit. I would never recommend Luxe by PJ. They completely ruined my look, given me mental trauma for my appearance and I will not let this slide. I went to my older hair expert who is in a branded salon and he confirmed that is because of negliegence of the Mr. Sharukh who applied the smoothening cream for a longer duration than required. I repeatedly insisted the owner to show my video footage of bad hair but she denied because it will be a trap for her....After spending 8000/- they were demanding more money in false names... thieves they are....
