Don’t hire this unprofessional family business (Owner- Tushar arora) For the context Magnetic Media (known as hitched stories) has office in Kamla nagar & shakti nagar and their list of lapses goes long. Heres common theme which is similar in all reviews 1) Phone callssss not answered. 2) Tushar is immature. 3) Quality is poor. 4) No accountability. 5) fraudulent owner 6) Owner behaves like a ten year boy 6) Never visit client wedding contrary to the claims he makes

It's been over 7 months, and Tushar (the owner) has shamelessly failed to deliver the videos that were promised within 2 months. He outright ignores calls, and his team keeps parroting the same lie — "in two days" — with zero accountability. If you value your time, money, or sanity, steer clear of these people. They are blatantly unprofessional and completely unreliable.

Very poor vendor, don't waste your money. Too many delays and very poor service. They are not at all professional so do not trust there fake promises. Before you give them money they will be sweet but later they will show there true colours. Even referred them to a friend and they did the same with the friend aswell. They are the worst photography vendor in Delhi.
