Worst experience ever. If I could give them no stars, I would. The lack of punctuality and unprofessionalism is insane. They don’t get back to you in a timely fashion, and they don’t guarantee what they tell you they’re going to do. Stay far far far away from this place don’t order from them ever.!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Ordered an outfit at the dhan mill store in Delhi. The manager there Nazima is the rudest person u can ever come across. She doesn’t return texts or calls and talks like she owns the company. I requested on WhatsApp plus made calls to speak with mahima mahajan directly but was told everytime that someone will get in touch with me and no one did. Worst worst experience!!! It’s a shame how these designers don’t respond when there’s an issue but always running after you for orders

Just not worth it - stay away! Had to spend a small fortune on getting this corrected before my wedding. The team is absolutely cavalier, outfits are riddled with a range of quality issues They took my measurements and sent back an outfit with one side longer than the other, beads falling off and made about 3 sizes bigger than the measurements. They messed up big time and made no effort to correct it. When I expressed concern after the initial failed QC check they declared

TERRIBLE company. I urge anyone reading reviews to believe the reviews. I ordered an outfit from them. The top was too small, too short and neckline was for a child. The lengha skirt was backwards, pockets were sewn the wrong way in. Their solution - “turn the skirt round ma’am and sew the label on the other side.” They would not accept liability, kept saying it was my measuring tape that was wrong, even though I provided a video with three tape measures (metric system is universal, dufuss). Still doesn’t resolve the fact that the skirt is backwards. Worst of it, I got the money back from my credit company, they then conveniently began communication again and finally collected the outfit after ignoring my request for a resolve for two months. As soon as the thieves got the outfit, they went back to my credit card company to dispute the refund, so not only did they have the outfit, they also are trying to profit by having the money too. Absolutely terrible company, do not buy from them. If you ignore all the poor reviews and go ahead and order, be it on your head but then expect to not have any resolve if there is an issue with your outfit along with months of stress and being faced with being ignored or ridiculous excuses. They are a bunch of unprofessional, thieving individuals. I urge you to not put yourself through the stress in advance. I wouldn’t even give them the half star I have given, only had to so I was able to put the review up to warn others

0 stars. DO NOT BUY!! The Diana Lengha that was delivered to me was extremely poor quality. It wasn't finished properly at all. The beading was falling off. Threads were sticking out all over the place and random nubs of cloth were tied together sticking out from the lengha itself (as if holes were knotted together with thread). I requested a refund because I don't have time or the trust to wait for another lengha because my event is coming up shortly. They are making this return process excruciating. They won't pick up the outfit from me. They want me to drive hours to drop it off at a random store (not a Mahima store) without providing me clarity on how I will get the refund, when I will get it and what the refund amount will be. They think that this is reasonable. They have no respect for me as a customer or my time or my money. This is not a cheap outfit. It costs thousands of dollars. Not what I expected from Mahima Mahajan.

Worst possible company, and even worst customer support. I just saw the reviews and realised they do the same with everybody. The outfit they show on celebrities and what they deliver are far from similar. The size, quality and customer support, everything is a shit show. They took more than 2 months for an outfit which I ordered medium and delivered XL size and the quality is cheap as hell. And then they choose to ignore your messages. Pathetic company and useless customer support. Don’t waste your money here. Minus stars——-

One of the worst designer and unmanaged luxury showroom i have seen. The one place where the bride had to struggle to get her outfit for a month. The bride was also threaten to do the payment to get the unaltered piece. Multiple communication, alterations and most of it multiple ruffo in the dress which was noticed by the steam press guy. Wtf the luxury means the designer needs to know? Will never suggest anyone to buy from this brand.

Love her designs. Bought an orange sari from her virtually. They accommodated the customisation of the blouse. Absolutely stunning sari and all her other designs. She has captured a unique market for herself. Only improvement required is on customer service and timely responses.

TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE! Designs are beautiful but customer service is beyond horrendous and it took me weeks and begging just to find out when they were going to ship my outfit. They said they would check with the internal team (the same useless response) but then never replied with an answer. After a month of me messaging almost every single day they gave me some BS date and shipped 3 weeks after that. Then when I got my outfit they were 3-4 inches too smaller than what I provided. I paid extra too to get sleeves added on so when the sleeves didn’t even fit I was livid. They wanted me to pay to ship return to India to get it fixed. Which would cost a lot and then probably still wouldn’t be done right. I contested this charge with my credit card company because this company is just a bunch of thieves who make empty promises and don’t even follow through with the product you are promised. I ordered 6 outfits from various designers and this is the ONLY one I had issues with. Hire better customer service representatives and give the customers what they are promised or don’t even bother being in business!

I ordered an outfit on October 3 with express shipping guaranteed delivery by Oct. 15. This company did not send the outfit on time and therefore my outfit was not scheduled to be delivered till Oct 25. After numerous messages and emails that were not responded to they stated that they will issue a credit and not full refund after DHL recommended I reroute the package since my wedding was over and I did not need outfit. They tried to manipulate me and stated I shouldnt have re routed the package when it was already 10 days late. I have messages and emails showing that the company did not send on time and also false promises that it will 100% be delivered by Oct 21. On oct 21 the package was in germany when the destination was Canada this company is FRAUD.. the people working are not very intelligent and think that they can blame the company. STAY AWAY!!! Go to real brands and not fake ones like these

Could use better customer service. Took a risk of getting my wedding reception outfit done here. Upon several what's app conversations and requesting to add extra hooks and also string to secure the Lehnga it was not done. Response was "yes" to everything on my check list and it wasn't. Lehnga is so heavy that it slips down and only had a hook and a zipper to hold it. If there was any sense then the designer would have listened to my (cusotmer) request and added a string to secure the Lehnga. There is Such heavy work on waist not sure what to do. Worst decision is ever.
