I'm so glad I chose Pooja for my wedding and reception makeup and hair makeover. She is punctual and very communicative. Initially I was hesitant about using false lashes and was not to keen on putting them on but she was patient with me and I finally decided to go with the lashes. The final look was natural and I couldn't even makeout that I had lashes on? I wanted my eyes and lips to be highlighted and she did exactly that. She essentially cleaned me up real good ? She was kind and patient and her assistant was also really accommodating to my requests. They both made me look my best on my wedding day. Pooja even did my partner's reception look and he was really happy. He was nervous previously but was so happy with the final look. Had hired her for four of my family members on my wedding day and was absolutely disappointed with the results. She neither paid attention to the clients' requirements nor did she pay attention to the skin type/tone. My sister had to wipe off her entire makeup because the foundation didn't match her skin tone and when I say skin tone, we are talking about general Indian skin tone (wheatish). The foundation was ashy. We were in a rush so the other 3 members of my family had to go with whatever they had in hand then. I am giving each star for Pooja's punctuality and good behaviour.
