I am kind of person who generally don’t give feedbacks specially bad but since I actually had bad experience with her and specially her hair dresser(Shivi handa - insta I’d - @shivi_artistry), I had to post this. I booked them for my family makeup and they just ruined my family mood, make up and hair. My MIL had to wash her hair and face because it was in such a bad state that it made her look like a ghost after 1 hour. The relatives used term as ram Lela ka sasta makeup after seeing my sister’s and mother’s makeup. When my mother in law complained about draping and hair, shivi started disrespecting. I couldn’t understand if someone is giving you negative feedbacks nicely on your work cuz they didn’t like it does this make us a worst client? Obviously no, we paid for the service and we expect a decent makeup and if we didn’t like it we will speak. And yes shivi will even block you if you didn’t like her work. She charged 500rs extra for draping, though it was already discussed that it will be included. So before you book them please be ready with the additional amount surprises. PS: I knew shivi as my TCS ex-colleague , so I trusted her and her suggested makeup artist but we felt cheated, unsatisfied, emotionally and mentally harassed. So , I would request to not to trust them.
