Love Love Loved everything about Pooja…She made me feel comfortable from the very first time when I spoke to her and maintained that till the last moment. I told her that I don’t want to change my skin tone as I wasn’t willing to look someone that I really was not with 2-3 layers of white makeup. It was a long call with her and she understood my points very calmly and patiently and even suggested me on many things such as facials, cleanups which actually helped in bringing back life to my dead skin. She even helped me out in choosing the right colour of dupatta for my outfit, jewellery and also suggested some healthy juices right from her secret box. I got to know about Pooja from WedMeGood. Overall my experience was average with her on my wedding day. Skill wise she was proficient but attitude / soft skills is something which she really needs to hone. Shouting and threatening to refund the booking (without even listening to the other person) at the morning of the super auspicious day of the bride is something which one would want the least. In a nutshell, amidst all the worries, she had me crying on the morning of my D-day and it was a super spoiler for the entire event. Even after I suggested that maang tikka should be fixed properly so that it doesn't move, she didnot pay any heed to the same...and now I have significant amount of ruined pictures with maang tika not in place. Also, the nose makeup came off within 1 hour and we had to do a touch up several times. Just summarizing the entire experience in few words - overpriced, appalled by the apathy showcased, disappointed. Edit: Just to clarify, following are the sequence of events that occurred on my wedding day - • Call received from Pooja at 6.45 am - things were running fine per us at that time..communicated the same to her. At 7.55 am she again called and when I told her we will be reaching in next 15 mins, she shouted and threatened to refund the booking right away. •At 8.19am, I called and informed her that we have reached the venue and are sitting in the car parked in front of hers. • My family started coordinating with the venue ppl to give us the designated rooms (scheduled for 7.30am) and informed the same to her at 8.29am via whatsapp message. • By 8.45 am, we were already in the designated room. The delay caused was due to the last minute ditching of the venue ppl and even we were not informed about the same. • The repeated communication shared with Pooja was that Pheras are to start at 2pm..and reception of baraat is scheduled for 11 am.. accordingly the ready time was supposed to be 10.15am. • In evening, my mother had a conversation with Pooja via my number and reprimanded Pooja for her brash behaviour. Also, since morning we were trying to explain her our situation wherein we were also ditched by the venue people, but to no avail..she is adamant on pinning faults onto us till this day!!!! • Durability of maang tika and makeup was not at all satisfactory.. Only if I kept on sitting like a statue it would have sustained. As a result, even slight walking was causing the maang tika to sway and hence 90% of my photographs have the maang tika tilted. Clearly there are no free lunches, but there are unprofessional people like you in this industry. Your tone here and on WhatsApp is completely different. Come on, Pooja. Be honest. I came here to delete this review because you apologised on WhatsApp. What is this now ? One of the most unprofessional behaviours I have come across. She cancelled a meeting without telling me. Later on she said "Sorry, I made plans". Didn't tell me she would charge for a trial before even though I remember asking her. And on the day of the trial, she said she would charge separately. Even that is something I would be okay with. But the nonchalant behaviour and absolute disregard for a clients' time is shocking. I do not think I could trust such a person to make it to the wedding venue in time.

I had 2 days wedding and for both days the make up and hair were incredible. I had a vision of how my hair and make up will look like then I saw it here on her page and I am so excited. Having 2 days wedding meant 2 different look and I cannot say it enough, I really really like it!!! The make up is top notch and everybody said I was glowing. Both of my mothers' make up were soft and they both like it because it looks more relax and natural look. Pooja also being so considerate leaving the last touch up for me and my bridal party so that we could still enjoy snacks while getting ready. Lastly, Pooja was so approachable for quotes and booking. Definitely recommended!!!
