Working with Geethanjali and her team was fantastic! I loved how they made sure to understand all my outfits, jewelry, and hairstyles during a detailed call before the wedding. They dolled me up for four events: varapooje/engagement, sangeet, reception, and muhurtham, and each look was flawless and natural! Geethanjali is a pro at natural makeup, and I'd give her a 10/10 recommendation for it. Also, her team of hairstylists did an amazing job with my hair and saree draping. Geethanjali did my makeup for my reception and wedding day and she did such a wonderful job. The minute I had booked her I knew she would be best at what she does. She is very patient, kind and caring which makes every bride feel comfortable with her. She discussed about all the outfits, accessories, hairstyles and the looks beforehand and used to reply to me even when I texted to her in the odd hours. Not only did she do a wonderful work on me but she did a flawless makeup to my husband and her team did a great job with my mother’s makeup. Overall I would recommend her to everyone who is looking get dolled up by her.

Geetanjali is the most patient make up artist till date that I have ever met. She did 3 looks for me that were my engagement, wedding and reception and I was extremely pleased with all of them. She and her team were on time They knew their task well in advance as they had briefed themselves with the look and outfits and necessary details needed ahead of the big day. She is extremely Patient and answers to all questions one has, and is open to criticism and modifications in the look of any She is a thorough professional and delivers on time and will not ask to be payed extra from what was initialled informed and quoted. She infact took all the necessary precautions and sanitised all her brushes and tools as I was getting married during the first wave of covid and a lot was happening for the first time then. She’s super easy to communicate with and is humble and down to earth and has no problem explaining things to the client in detail. She was the best non stressful experience that I could have asked for as I on regular basis am not fond of makeup but had to do it for my wedding . And she kept is so natural and light that it looked effortless and dint bother my skin or make me look any different from my usual self. She definitely knows what’s suits best and try’s to keep things simple and natural if that’s what your aim is for the overall look. But needless to say that she can go completely glam if the client is asking for it Overall I loved her and her work ethic and would highly recommend her if your doubtful on what to do as she’s the best a bride with zero experience in makeup can get.

Possibly the worst experience a bride can go through on her wedding day. I had booked Geethanjali's services for two events at my wedding -a cocktail party and a reception. She informed me very early on that she personally would not be applying the makeup, but she would send her senior stylist instead. Two weeks prior to the event she took down a ton of information - my outfit, the hairstyle she felt would suit, my skin type, and a detailed description of what type of look it would be overall. IMPORTANT: At this point she also told me she requires a full advance for her service to be paid one day before the event. Out of desperation (and the overwhelming positive reviews on this page) I paid the entire amount to her before both the events. To say I was disappointed with her services would be an understatement. - The hairstylist she provided was incompetent. She was unable to achieve the desired look. (messy waves) At one point we opened a YouTube video to try to make her copy along, even this she failed to do. Added to this Geethanjali failed to send the correct images to the stylist which she had shared with me. - I was forced to find a hairstylist one hour prior to my event; ended up having to pay an extra 8K for his service. - Initially I was satisfied with the makeup of her senior stylist, but looking back at the photos I realised she didn't account for the fact that it would be an evening event and there would be a lot of flash photography (which was mentioned in the brief). I ended up looking patchy where her concealer stood out in the flash. Overall, extremely unsatisfactory makeup skills as well. Imagine a bride having to find a last minute hairstylist few hours before the event - it was a nightmare. I chose to go ahead with another stylist for my last event due to the poor services offered by Geethanjali, and she refused to REFUSED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT (18K). She mentioned that she would only refund the hair styling amount (3K) for both days since the artist wasn't competent. I urge you to please go ahead with any other artist that isn't Geethanjali. It was clearly a business that focuses only on the monetary aspect with abysmal services and poor staff.
