She has good knowledge of the products, and what works well with weather fluctuations. I'd rate her in minus if I could. For any bride, the nature and calmness of the MUA is as important as the skills. that's where Miss Divya begins your nightmare. 1) She is the epitome of arrogance and rudeness. She legit brought me to tears on my D-Day and the reason? She was called out for being late. By an hour. (My sunset photoshoot got cancelled due to her) But that didn't stop her from making a scene. 2)All my friends who had to unfortunately deal with her have the same review about her attitude. She throws tantrums if we get late by a small margin but takes ZERO accountability if she's late. 3) she refuses to meet to discuss looks that she will be paid for btw. And she hardly replies to texts! ultimately takes advantage of this lack of clear communication during payment. I sent her multiple images to discuss looks, she did not reply. Then right before the event she criticises the look herself lol. Unprofessional much. 4) she didn't clarify on text ( and I have screenshots of that) who would be doing the guest and bride make-up, later charged a premium for it. 5) she won't co-operate if you have without dupatta photoshoot of 10-15 min in between, constantly cribs and makes face. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the nightmare experience she was to work with. Don't be me and bank on Divya. Please AVOID her if you want a peaceful easy breezy time in the most important day of your life. There are plenty of professional artists with etiquette in the same bracket as her in Udaipur. :)
