A saviour in disguise, I had called Jannat at the last minute. Gave her a day's time and asked her if she could do my makeup for my sister's wedding. Unlike other make-up artist, Jannat was quite understanding and nicely comprehended my look. She did a fabulous job in giving me a flawless skin with a nice dewy glow. As requested, she kept it subtle but did add that spark with her magic brush. Also, she gave me some handy tips that are quite helpful in my daily routine. Finding the right make-up artist is one of the most critical things to plan/organise before your wedding. No matter how exquisite your wedding attire is, if the make up is off, unfortunately the entire look goes for a toss. That's why you not only need someone who is great at the art, but also someone who knows how to know the client and make them look like their best self (not like someone else... that's a waste). I would recommend Jannat Sethi in a heartbeat because she did a fabulous job during my wedding on each of my function and ensured that my look (both hair and face) was not only different in each function (Tilak, Sangeet, Mehendi and Wedding) but it was always still me ... just a brighter, more noticeable me. She is patient, cooperative, always super duper PUNCTUAL, knows her craft, gets along great with people (super important in a big fat punjabi wedding, where there are a LOT of relatives to handle and yet keep the bride protected), and knows how to figure out what her client wants. She is also a great person to have along when you're waiting for a function to begin. Jannat not only helped keep me calm she ensured I entered my functions and happy and giddy with her lovely pep talks. And last but very important - she understands that brides often change their minds and she is someone who will help revise a do without any hassle or judgement :)

Jannat is amazing and my go to make up girl!! She has done my make up for a gala event, for a photo shoot, and just for a night out with girlfriends. She always tailors the make up perfectly to suit the occasion and she makes me feel glamorous without looking unnatural/overdone. My friends still rave about the times she has done my makeup. I am not very good with input as I usually don't wear make-up, so I fully trust and rely on Jannat's ideas. She is so creative and always has a vision for how she wants things to look and executes perfectly!! I am so excited to have her do my bridal make-up soon!!
