TL/DR - DO NOT BOOK HER! I had booked, Makeup by Kasshish, for my cocktail makeup. Right from when she was finalized, she started giving grief. I hope, for her sake, she has a team that manages the clients because it was a nightmare how I was spoken to and how the whole process until the day of was handled. The look discussion call was cold and I received little to no direction from her end. I have curly hair and so instead of making sure to brief her hairstylist and ensure that the products I would need are procured - she asked me to carry mine. On the day of - I was asked to come to the venue at 4:30 pm so that I could get ready by 7 pm. Till 5:30 neither her nor her hairstylist has even shown up. Blatant disregard of my time. After being questioned on her tardiness and how that impacts the entire functions timelines - she threatened to not show up and said verbatim said "How do you expect me to do a good job if you ruin my mood or speak to me rudely". How insensitive of me to not think how this whole.ordeal would impact "HER" mood. Obviously the bride that you just threatened that you wouldn't do the make up for on the day of the wedding after having taken a 50% advance would be in a great space for her upcoming function, right I am only going through this effort to ensure another person's special day doesn't go to shit. Avoid her and thank me later for it.
