My make up was done by Maitreyi. I'm a "plain Jane", always have been. I prefer keeping things natural and that was a key criteria when I was looking for a make up artist. Maitreyi was highly recommended to me by a close friend, and I got extremely positive vibes from her in our first meeting. I told her I would like to use as many vegan and cruelty free products as possible, and she understood my cause and vision. Maitreyi did my youngsters and sangeet makeup and I’m so glad she was the one to do those. She is the most patient person and understands your preferences perfectly. I’ve always preferred a natural look and she gave me just that. She went beyond my expectations to make me feel comfortable and carry myself with confidence. The makeup she did lasted really long I looked fresh for the entire time on both the functions. Also, she did my mom’s makeup on the wedding day and kept in mind that she has major issues with getting makeup. Maitreyi did a brilliant job and my mom was super happy! She did my mehendi makeup and made me look like the freshest, brightest and most cheerful version of myself - simply because I couldn’t stop smiling the whole day at how natural yet polished I looked! My roka look was very natural and subtle while for the cocktail she did a full glam, and I have to say that I loved both. My make up stayed for a long time, did not need a lot of touch ups and most of all, the experience of getting it done was fun and relaxing. She made sure I get what I want and was very professional with the whole setup. She put all her efforts to give me my best look and I will always recommend her.
