I had the worst experience with this make up studio. The management was shoddy at best and the lead make up artist (Nazneen) was rude and just showed the worst behaviour towards us. 1. Even though I booked them 4 months before my event, the management team double booked Nazneen on the day of my mehendi. So she left for another event and they charged me for the transportation. Even after bringing this issue up with them, they refused to return my money. 2. Between events, the whole team stayed back in my hotel room and even slept in my bed on my pillows. There was no sense of personal space. 3. We arranged meals and snacks for them in between. They ate in my room and just left half eaten food and coffee and tea all over my room. So I would come back to my room after my events and find it completely trashed. 4. On the night of my wedding, after the make up was done, I tried paying them through two different UPI accounts. Their UPI account was not working and I showed screenshots for the same to prove it. Nazneen called us ugly names and threw things around in my room because she thought we dint want to pay. 5. I was getting late for my varmala. So I requested INJ team to not take videos of me as they were not letting my photography team take pictures of me while I was getting ready. Later when my photographers requested the make up team for some getting ready pictures, Nazneen denied and said she will not let them do it. 6. I had booked an outfit change for 9pm on my wedding night. I had paid for the same. Nazneen literally threatened me that if I’m not there by 9pm sharp, she will leave and not do my make up. Because she was in a hurry to leave, she dint even tie my saree properly and when I asked her to make it better, she refused. So on my wedding night I was in the bathroom crying because of Nazneen. 7. For events, I had paid for airbrush and booked for airbrush. But they cut corners and did HD make up. Which came off in literally half an hour because of sweating during my sangeet. I would suggest please don’t hire them in case you have your wedding venue away from the city. They overcharge for travel and Nazneen is the most rude and cocky person I’ve ever met. It’s sad that she can’t back this behaviour with any kind of real talent. If you go to her studio and get ready, maybe the experience is different. But she single handedly ruined my whole wedding and ruined my memories for the wedding. Because of her, all I remember from those two days of my wedding is just me crying and worrying about everything and being super unhappy.

Hello All, I'm staying in Coimbatore and booked makeup with nazneen.. they accepted for 25k(2session) in the starting and Later they called and asked for more amount to close this deal(30k)..note: they asked in the last moment where we can't cancel or book any other makeup artist.. nice trick.. I'm not ok for 30k.. so 2persons from hyd came to do my makeup which is not nazneen.. My reception makeup was quite good but my wedding makeup totally changed my look..was very bad.. Later I asked her y u didn't come for my wedding makeup.. She replied as she went to Chennai and couldn't make my wedding.. so y the hell she should promise me that she is gonna do my makeup.. this is my lifetime memories.. very bad.. check with her twice and trice before booking ..

Hiring Nazneen for all my wedding events was the best decision I’ve ever made. Usually my family doesn’t like me with makeup, but when they saw Nazneen’s work on my face, they have no words to say. Everyone loved it and I still remember their reactions which is priceless for each event after my makeup. Nazneen is very punctual, patient and I haven’t worried about my look for any event. I booked nazneen for my reception and I do not regret it even a bit... Since my wedding was fixed in three days time I had limited time to book a mua. Nazneen being a professional accepted my booking. She was pretty clear with her arrival timings and the second she started doing my makeover to the time she left she was very patient. She helped me with my jewellery and bridal trousseau. I wasn't confident when it all started but by the time she finished and I reached the wedding Hall I loved it and so did all the guests. The pictures came out so good. Infact her other team members did my sisters makeover and they did a splendid job especially sana.
