Pankhi is an average/below average makeup artist with a really bad temperament. I booked her for 3 makeups for my Sangeet, Bridal Makeup and Reception Makeup. The sangeet makeup turned out to be really bad. She did try to follow my ideas but the makeup made me look really bad I have attached pictures. The makeup made me look ugly with dark circles. Did not go well at all with my skin type and attire Just horrible. The hair artist didn't really know what to do with my hair. I was very particular about the Wedding makeup and that turned out to be good. Because I didn't want to risk it and the wedding makeup was okay, for the reception I just asked for a touch-up which was extremely minimal and I was charged for the entire makeup. I expected honest pricing but was very disappointed to pay ~30K just for a touch up. Pankhi ended up in a fight with her manager/assistant and was in a really bad mood, thereby putting me in a very bad mood right before my own wedding events. The entire 3 events were stressful and Pankhis attitude over the entire 2 days made the environment really tense and stressed. I was scared to say anything with a fear of a backlash. Her attitude is really hostile All I can say is she might know how to do average makeup (Def not worth the 95,000) I paid for 2 events, but she's not a friendly face you'd want around you before your events, and the pricing is not as transparent as it should be. Shouldn't have charged the entire cost of makeup for touch-up.
