My wedding was in November 2023 and I used Priya's services for 3 occasions. Her communication was great but her team not so much. The hair stylists she used specifically Kajal, was absolutely horrible. She came to do my hair for sangeet but did not even have a hair dryer! It was absolute chaos and instead of taking ownership of the problem, Priya just defended them. Her makeup was ok, I found it to be cakey especially for my sangeet and it was also 2 shades lighter than my actual skin. I also had a hygiene issue, since I never saw her clean the brushes and sponges. In hindsight, I would not use her services specifically because of my horrible hair experience. I wish there was a way for me to get a refund.

2 weddings - I got priya to do my wedding as well as my sister's wedding. Here's a detailed review. She is extremely professional, polite, doesn't get into your business, and keeps to herself kind of lady. Her team is the same, very professional. (Not like those people who laugh around with each other and dont pay attention to whether the curling iron is going to touch your ear!) Now about the makeup - if I can book priya to do my makeup on my deathbed, I would. She does the most natural looking yet glam makeup styles. She adapts to your face shape, your hairline, your outfit, even your personality. Most importantly - she made me feel so comfortable. I trusted her with every look and she did a fantastic job - she knows how to doll you up without doing any loud makeup. As a bride I had an extremely disappointing experience with Priya Pathak as my makeup artist. I had booked airbrush makeup for my haldi and wedding, but what was delivered wasn’t airbrush at all. On top of that, the makeup barely lasted two hours, even though I had made it clear that this was for my wedding day. When spoke about she started pointing it out on me Priya insisted on getting me ready far too early, despite my repeated requests that it was too soon. And when asked why we are ready this early she kept saying this is what was asked, which wasn’t the case. This was purely because she had another appointment to rush to, which left me feeling rushed and stressed on one of the most important days of my life. We had specific concerns about the hairstyle, but those were completely ignored. Even after the first event, when we politely pointed out what went wrong and gave feedback, absolutely nothing changed the next day. To make matters worse, Priya was rude and dismissive when we tried to address our concerns politely. This lack of professionalism and disregard for the client’s needs was shocking. Overall, I am very, very unhappy with the service and results. I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and respect, but this experience was the exact opposite. I would not recommend Priya Pathak to anyone.

I showed them some pictures from Pinterest and they were able to do it. - Very calm and they work great under pressure. I had booked Priya for my wedding including sangeet , wedding ceremony and reception. She overbooked herself for 7 clients in a single day and missed out on doing my makeup for my reception. I ended up being late for my own reception by 1 hour and with guests already shown up. Had to do my makeup by myself quickly and show up. Thankfully atleast I had my makeup kit with me! It was a not a good experience to be in a position. And after all this she did harass my parents for the payment.
