If the client initiates the cancellation process for a reason then the artist is not obligated to refund any amount but adjustments for the dates can be done and if the artist initiates then the client will be offered a full refund.

I was really happy with the bridal makeup. The make up was subtle and natural yet gave me the glow. The MUA was on time and luckily I had one less thing to worry about on my big day. I would highly recommend Shweta for your bridal makeup as she understands the needs of the bride and does her homework really well. Added bonus for all the bong brides.. she also has a very skilled Kalka artist. The makeup for my mature skin relatives was not that satisfactory though.
