Malhotra Cards

BUYER BEWARE: I am writing this review in public interest because I don't want others to be cheated by Malhotra Cards the same way I was during our wedding. My family and I first met him a few weeks before our wedding. In our first meeting, he showed us some very nice hard copy samples to us in person. We selected a sample in hard copy and asked him to prepare a draft of the same card. He said he would email us a draft of our card and in good faith, we paid him Rs. 12,000. To our horror, when we received the draft 2 days later we found that he had SCANNED the sample and changed the name. The draft was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE SAMPLE. When I went to the store to complain, his staff confessed to me that the sample we had been shown was stolen from another vendor and he did NOT EVEN HAVE A SOFT COPY OF THE SAMPLE to change the names and other details. Basically, while he had STOLEN the design from another vendor, he did not even have the ability to steal properly. In the weeks before the wedding (anyway, a busy and stressful time), he harassed us by refusing to match the sample he had shown us (because he has no proper designers) and refused to give us the money back. Each time I asked for the money back, he made excuses, including saying that he is a heart patient! I have been chasing him for nearly two years but he has stolen my money. In short, Malhotra is a fraud. Stay far away from this cheat vendor. If you have any doubts, please message me - I recorded a phone call with him where he admits to cheating me but refuses to pay the money.
