Manali is highly unprofessional and carries arrogant celebrity attitude, if it doesn’t pleases her she won’t even show that she heard you. She came late by 2 hours to my sister in law’s wedding and blamed traffic for being late, forgot to bring makeup lights and was not apologetic at all for being late and unprepared, she brought 2 artists with her and both took more than usual time to do hair and makeup. Team didn’t even have the required lipstick shades and bindi. While doing payment when it was asked that she came late and we had to rush without even complete makeup she argued that atleast the bride’s makeup is on time which was not ofcourse, when asked that if she includes travel time also in makeup time i.e 3-4 hours then she lost her temper and even tried to play victim card of being harassed by bride’s brother. Her bridal makeup was okayish, had to change lipstick shade and makeup stay was not even 4 hours… pathetic service, won’t recommend her if you want to feel good on your d-day
