We thought our wedding was a special one. Well every couple thought but in ours very few guests were invited with limited of ceremonies. Called few friends as reference would always helpbut but heard none from them. Little worries, final resort was to google.We did so, and memento of shades website caught our eye. We called them. Excellence is what Rimjhim and Saurabh’s team delivered to us from the the start of the wedding shoot till the delivery of the end products. Rimjhim is super creative and took effort to understand me and my Fiancé’s personality so that she can take photographs and video shots in which we are comfortable. When someone knows what you want isnt that the best feeling!!! That's what I felt about team memento. Saurav and rimjhim really try to understand what and who you are as people and capture that personality through lens. My first experience with them was on my niece's bday last year in april,and the moment my wedding got fixed it was without a doubt that they had to be my wedding photographers. The best thing about them is that they are not like the traditional wedding photographers, they get involved, they understand you and the people whom you are close to and what you want. They make you feel comfortable in front of the lens.. Which is important for camera shy people like me!! When it comes to wedding given that we had a traditional kashmiri wedding they covered all the traditional aspects beautifully. Only two words that come to mind everytime we think for Rimjhim and Sourabh- PURE DELIGHT!!! I spoke to Rimjhim and Saurabh from Canada and despite all the time difference and lack of face time our journey with the team to create a dream wedding was truly joyful. They are one of the most professional artist we met and their work seajs for itself. The team took significant effort to know the dynamics behind the scenes and everyone who has seen our wedding photos and videos till date have been in awe. I couldn't have gotten a better photographer for my wedding!! They never felt like a stranger and befriended everybody who was there at the wedding. They makes you feel really comfortable, listens to you and tries to understand what you like and want. Even before the wedding, They asked me to send them a couple of pics that I liked so that they could understand what I was looking for. They comes up with so many ideas of his own for some crazy, off-beat pics. And of course, They are brilliant with the camera!! I would say go for Them without having a shadow of doubt in your minds!! Worst photographer ever with terrible service. Hired these guys for my engagement function in March. Photos were of the worst quality. They don?t have basic idea of color adjustment in pictures. You can capture a better pic from your iphone than these guys will capture from their so called professional cameras. They did not cover bride?s side of the family. Also I feel they have no idea about candid photography and are more keen on traditional poses and pictures. The final Video clipping did not capture many important events and interviews. They don?t deliver your work till the time you don?t call them regularly. Quality of work, professionalism and customer experience - lacking in the team. Added: Also provide link with bites/interview of family members. The truth is that you never took any bites of family member and you didn't cover the bride's side at all. You always wanted all the money before delivering any goods for which I did hold 20% of your amount. I literally abused you over phone and told you to keep the entire lot of pics and video with yourself. My fiance specially came to your place in a remote area in Gurgaon alone to collect the data because you were not giving anything without any payments. You only got the payment because she wanted some memory of our function which was completely ruined by your unprofessional work and team. If you are so keen on providing links then lets just sit with a reputed photographer and show your work. Also provide proper links on which people can directly click and see your work which was done for our function.

I got married in May 2017 and screened many photographers till I zeroed in on memento of shades. What compelled me to hire them was their warmth, freshness and energy. They are not your typical boring outdated traditional team. Their work is crisp, classy and fun. They dont tire you while making you pose and ask you to fake it. Their candid shots will surprise you. Their video coverage and editing is very nice. I would strongly recommend them for their professionalism and respect for clients. If you want a crew that is actually more fun than your "baraatis", then look no further. Trust them and you will have a lot of fun.

Worst service and end product. Ruined my brother's wedding in Nov15. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. poor photography. Bunch of amateurs trying to act like pros. Such third class photography, all pictures are poor, i wouldn't even call it average. Photographs were delivered after 4 months after chasing them for months,although they promised to deliver it in a month. These guys took 1lac for 3 functions & their end product was something that could have been done for half that amount and top it all they gave me 30min Videography/wedding movie for all 3 functions combined. Pathetic video seems like made by a kid. They don't even deliver anything, all payments, photographs,discussions have to be done at their place which is far away somewhere in remote corner of Gurgaon,Completely isolated. They simply refuse to come anywhere else or provide any delivery service. Money grabbig cheats, will ask for 100% payment in advance and then they will make your life hell. You can do nothing when they deliver you 3rd class work. Ps: we booked them because we saw their work at a small function earlier which was actually nice. But now i have come to conclusion , these guys are good for small functions with small gathering and 150-200 odd photos and little videography . These guys can't handle Grand functions,2000 odd photos, massive videography. They don't have resources,team members, equipment, experience to handle big events.

MOS team does a great job. Rimjhim and Saurabh are extremely talented, dynamic and pretty creative at their work. They just don't take pictures, they capture moments. Love their candid work! Their pictures are just amazing, unique and very catchy. I would happily hire MOS team for any future photography needs.
