We concluded my daughter's marriage earlier this month. As with any such event the preparations were going on for the last several months and we found the right partner to help us in this in Meragi. Me as well as some members across our extended family were not very sure if we really need the services of a wedding planner or if they can add any value or if there is anything they can do that we cannot do. Thankfully we went ahead with Meragi and we have no regrets. These people know their stuff and seamlessly arranged everything end-to-end. They know the right vendors across - be it the big ticket items like photography, or make-up artist or mehendi or catering or venue selection to the seemingly less critical ones like band, ghodi for baraat or putting hampers, things like mosquito repellant in each of the guest rooms. They had it all covered. Decor is their forte and here too we were not disappointed. There were multiple iterations of the design, the layout etc. We did not want it to look too gaudy at the same time wanted to keep the expenses in check. The team patiently assisted us in all these iterations before we finalized on the decor. The end result after multiple in-person visits to the venue was absolutely spot on, the way we had envisaged it. The team assigned to us comprised of Vinay, Bhumiti and Shravani and each one of them contributed exceedingly in making this event a memorable one for us. They were there with us in the blistering summer heat searching for just the right sort of gift bags in the heart of Chickpet. They were assisting us find the right vendor who could give a nice gift packing and they were always available in helping to negotiate the right prices. I was particularly impressed to see all three work almost the whole night on the first day of the event and still be available early next day (well before 6AM). Be it helping arrange an extra 20 mattresses in the middle of the night in the middle nowhere (our venue was remote) or making sure all venues (we had 3-4 different venues in the same larger venue) are turned around well within the time allotted and without disturbing the flow of events they handled it all very well. A friend of mine from Delhi, a place known for its weddings observed how impressed he was with the speed at which these guys are turning around in preparing the venue. I have just one suggestion for Meragi, they can do even better by adding some more vendors to their list especially in things like managing hospitality. Rest everything is just fine. We engaged Meragi for our wedding celebrations at Mulberry Shades & Amita Rasa. Being the first wedding in the family and a destination wedding, we were entirely dependent on Meragi Team particularly Varsha, Ayesha, Bhumiti & Aishwarya for designs, execution and vendor finalisation. It was pleasure working with the team and they delivered much more than our expectations. Their attention to detail and presence throughout the functions enabled us to soak in the celebrations completely. Happy to have chosen them and our gratitude to Team Meragi. Planning a wedding is the most difficult task nowadays especially for working women. But once we chose Meragi the entire experience became so much easier and we got some order to the chaos. Vinay and Bhumiti understood our requirements and really executed it well. The final days were absolutely hassle free for me and my family as everything was taken care of by the Meragi team. 100% would recommend them for planning and execution of all events.

Planning and executing the BIGGEST day of our lives with MERAGI was the BEST DECISION. The entire process seemed so seamless and smooth throughout with extreme involvement from Bhumithi and Vinay. We had our wedding in December and Meragi was associated with the planning. They were meticulous in detailing out every little thing right from the beginning. We had no idea about anything associated with weddings and how to go about planning ours. That’s where they stepped up and gave us descriptions of all the vendors we might need and the items we require. We chose them for their approach and the way they handled support given to the bride and groom. We live out of India so we had calls every week to coordinate and they always accommodated calls to our time. We did not even see the venue (only on video calls with the team) and we trusted them. Turns out the venue property was 10 times more beautiful than how we imagined. Payal, Tinishya, Santosh, Rosaline were involved in our wedding. Kudos to them and the entire Meragi team. Our guests were impressed with the coordination and the RSVP service. Thank you Meragi for being a part of the best day of our lives. Our friends are reaching out to us to help them get in touch with planners in Goa and Bangalore and we have recommendeded Meragi!

Having the Meragi team plan our wedding in India was the best decision we made! Planning a wedding from across the world is not easy but Meragi made sure there was no detail left behind. They were so attentive to every aspect of the planning and execution process. In the end we had a two day wedding in which all of our friends and family had a blast. Since the wedding we’ve heard feedback including “that was the best wedding I’ve ever been to” and “it was epic - felt like a Bollywood wedding”. Even we were able to have a great time since we had Meragi to attend to all the day-of issues that inevitable come up. Because of the time zone differences we had meetings at odd hours for almost a year. The team was always accommodating. Every single member of the team that worked on our wedding was unbelievably professional and respectful of all our guests and vendors. We can’t recommend them enough! Meragi team did a fantastic job at our wedding starting from getting the decor right, and had the right connections for makeup artist, DJ as well as other vendors. The part that we appreciated the most was their presence on the day of the wedding where they managed the entire show really well including making last-minute changes to factor in unforeseen circumstances like rain. Overall really liked the Meragi service (and especially Roseline from their team) and would recommend them to others for sure.

Meragi Events did a great job planning our 4-day international wedding in Chennai from end to end. We are extremely grateful!
