Miraki Eventos

Absolutely disappointed with Ashish and team. During the booking phase they will talk very professionally and will cheat you on the event day when you are too busy to go fight about the decor. We booked our event ~5 months in advance for 3 of our wedding functions. I should have realized that they are cheats when hotel warned me about them lying. Ashish told me they are doing another function at the same venue one day before our function and it would be convenient for them to do the set-up. The venue manager told me that wasn't true. Ashish justified it by saying it was a last moment fallout and I gave him benefit of doubt. We did multiple venue visits and calls with him. During the planning phase, Ashish and Sapna promised us the moon but execution was horrible. We were very explicit about wanting to use real flowers and we had carefully made sure that the decor we selected was real flowers based decor. We had finalized everything and I had even personally drawn out all layouts and approved with the venue team and discussed carefully with Ashish, however, on the day nothing was as we discussed. They had used all artificial flowers while they had promised us 90% original flower work. The work they did was worth not even 50% of what we paid them. Honestly, I would have let it go but they made 3 major blunders - (1) they didn't make a varmala stage - even after us having made it amply clear that we would need one. Who doesn't! (2) Secondly, we had selected carpets for each day to be spread on the stage - they didn't put any carpets on any of the events. (3) In the sangeet function they put the photobooth right in front of the hall door and we couldn't do our planned entries since the doorway was blocked by the photobooth! Absolutely horrible experience! Do not book them at all.

It was a real headache. getting them to work was a real task. They took advantage of any minor setback to sit there and chat, instead of solving the problem. Picking up fights with the catering staff and the venue management. Decoration was not good at all and they were harassing groom and bride by saying that “ we will not start the generator if you don’t pay the remaining 10 percent amount “ in your wedding function. They were pressurising for payment even after we gave commitment that we will pay after the function. We paid the full amount as well but still they didn’t decorate wedding car and used artificial flowers instead of real flowers . Ashish and Sapna both disappeared from the venue as soon as the payment was done. Rather than holding up their end of the deal..

Most professional and outstanding in service , quality ,reliability . Cannot express in words! The entire team was outstanding . Had the pleasure of working with them for my daughters wedding at Hyatt Regency, Delhi recently. Have been receiving appreciation 24/7 from the guests who attended the wedding and those who viewed it globally via the live coverage. Can’t thank you enough Miraki and team.

Miraki Eventos is the worst! Ashish and Sapna just ruined our wedding! We had a booking of 3 wedding events with them and they spoiled each one of them. The decoration was low grade and not at all as we had discussed and decided. The decorations were left incomplete as they were late in each event and was a complete embarrassment in front of our guests. They promised to do everything and plan really well but when the time came they vanished and were not even picking our calls. Book them if you want to ruin your wedding or event. After all the mess they created at our wedding, we have been getting threatening calls from them warning us that they will create another chaos at our homes by bringing labour.

I've never seen someone so creative. They made the wedding decorations for my sister's wedding and it was absolutely stunning. The creativity that went into this is just something else. I would recommend Them to anyone looking for a unique touch to their event.

We were in touch with Ashish and Sapna, their work was not at all satisfactory. Many ideas and items which were discussed were not at all implemented. As a groom/ bride we cannot be available all time to see what is happening at the venue and they took complete advantage of that. Most of the items that were diacussed as part of decor were not even brought to the venue and they blamed the transport person for that, decor was very bland and what we discussed only 50% of that was applied where we paid for everything. Now its been 3 months and they neither reply to messages nor do they receive our calls. One of their team members has our pendrive which they are not returning. Aashish and Sapna are not at all responsive and they are completely avoiding us now. They try to cut costs by not providing all the promised items and blame it on others. My suggestions please dont book them as there’s no point in spoiling your mood on your big day.

Ashish created a wedding decorations for me and my family for almost three months. The decorations were what made the day magical. The way he set up the venue, choosing colors and detailing was mind blowing. I will recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a one stop shop for their event needs!

I really liked the way the engagement decor was done in black and gold. Ashish did a great job with the color scheme and I can't wait for him to do my wedding decorations too!

I am so glad I booked Ashish for my engagement decor. The royal blue and gold theme was perfect. I've been looking at other designs, but none compare to the finesse that Ashish did. It really made the day special, Thank you!
