Mokshiva Entertainment is a complete disappointment when it comes to event organizing. The staff is incredibly rude, and unprofessional,especially the owner Chetan, making the entire experience frustrating. They seem disinterested in customer needs and lack basic courtesy, which ruined our special occasion. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable event planning experience. Avoid at all cost

Our wedding experience with Mokshiva as our decor team was nothing short of a disappointment. They failed to deliver on the promises outlined in our signed agreement, and despite multiple follow-ups, they refused to take responsibility. Critical details were completely mishandled, and despite our repeated efforts, they have neither acknowledged their mistakes nor offered any compensation. Given their past behavior, I fully expect the representative to respond to this review with the same dismissive attitude he has shown throughout other reviews. I will be attaching photos as proof of their mismanagements. The representative from their team who was the POC for our decor, made numerous false promises about their quality and professionalism since beginning. They will likely attempt to blame the budget, but every issue we faced was with elements that were approved and signed off within the agreed budget. The team completely failed to execute their commitments, significantly impacting our wedding. The representative left the wedding right after the first event of the two-day ceremony, resulting in a lack of clear communication, mismanagement, and numerous issues. Even after multiple clarifications, they repeatedly ignored the fact that every detail was agreed upon within the budget. Instead, he kept shifting blame, saying "You get what your budget is," which is entirely false. The issue was never the budget—it was their incompetence and lack of accountability. To make matters worse, when my husband posted a detailed and honest review on Google, they threatened us with a defamation case instead of addressing our concerns. They have also been harassing us for sharing our experience on Google and other relevant platforms. This is exactly why their Google reviews are flooded with fake, duplicate entries following a similar pattern. We want to make it clear—we have no personal grudge against anyone from the company. The issue is simple: they made fake promises and avoided receiving appropriate feedback when held accountable. Attached are examples of what was promised versus what was delivered, along with chat records as evidence. Sharing this for anyone who wants to make a sensible judgment for their wedding. No one deserves to have their wedding day ruined by dishonesty and mismanagement.
