worst event planner in the city. spoilt my whole wedding decor. fake promises made by Ritika. took money but did not fulfill the requirements. the quality of the materials used is the cheapest.she keeps pestering her customers for payment and have no trust in the business Ritika literally stopped my wedding by not turning on the lights at night because she wanted us to make full payment before the wedding started. when she says she will do it. it just means she is gonna charge you extra on everything. There is no proper planning done by her and her team. they do not make a note of things we say and at the end acts as if it was never asked for. Ritika took the money for real flowers for my wedding mandap but added fake flowers all over. instead of 250 chilli lights only 120 lights were added. overall I would never ever ask even my enemy to book decor services with Ritika.she doesn't deserve even half star

With my experience I would like to give this review. This was the worst experience I got from a planner. I will give all the reasons why. First she seemed very promising and built all confidence until we finalised her. Then she changed everything to her gain. Firstly she is not even considerate about her customer. She kept on bothering me throughout the event for payment, though I promised I would pay after the event. After paying, I had to fight for a week to get a receipt for it. That also was manipulated entirely to her gain. Secondly, the engagement was in summer and we wanted to have a shelter. She promised there will be no sunlight penetrating through the canopy, but all I could see were gaps everywhere. First of all that was not even a canopy, it was Shamiana with gaps everywhere. The bride and groom were sitting right under the sun. There were 8 coolers which were not even working properly. The entire event was chaotic due to this issue. Thirdly, She had promised she won't ask anything more than what we decided on budget. But later she made me pay 40K more (all because of the negligence and poor planning). I asked her to send a mail everyday, but she waited until the last moment to increase the budget and cut down a lot of things from the plan. Important part of the decor was also exempted in the last moment. Why would we opt for an event planner? So that we don't have to stress so much on the event day. But all she gave me was stress. The hospitality people didn't do anything. The boys who worked for her did their job well, but the planner herself is the one to blame here.

My meeting with Rikita was just about 10 days before my daughters wedding. It was a big celebration and the complete resort and 6 programs had to be organized. Hats Off to Rikita - she handled the work professionally and completed the task excellently. Small hiccups do happen - but this is a part of such big occasions. Thanks Rikita from AJANI FAMILY.

I am sorry to say Rikita would be good , but she refused to return the promised amount as wedding was cancelled in unfortunate circumstances.she didn't hv the empathy to return our money on time been requesting her since February 21. My experience wasn't good . as she should have some compassion for the customers.

Rikita is seriously good at what she does. I had requirement of birthday decor to be done at a Pub in Bangalore and contacted her for her professional help. I was very pleased with the great work by Rikita and her team, who have very beautiful and creative ideas and they executed the decor with real great care for detail and the outcome was even better than what I was looking for, given my budget. Real bang for your buck. Honestly, hands down Rikita is very approachable, friendly, and a joy to work with. I'm glad to have found her on this platform. She's got a fan and a long time client right here.
