I wrote following review in Google as well. But I wish to protect interest and money of those who use this platform, hence reposting it. Please go through this review before finalising your wedding/event planning. If you have gone through all the review you will find that only a couple of them are actually true. I have had very bad experience with them and continue to face their unprofessional behaviour. My wedding was in Feb2022. During wedding they did not deliver as per plan on either decor or food or photography. I was the bride but as I couldn't trust this company I was continuously concerned about their work and finally I was so upset with the less flowers on stage, size of sangeet stage was too small, size of Mandap was extremely congested. Quality of food was not as promised. And till now (End of Nov 2022) I have not received my wedding photo album and videos. They made something of their own which was not at all acceptable. I spent days and gave them written feedback on what I expect in my album and videos. I helped them with song links and samples of album but no progress so far. Mr Ashwini does not reply to my queries. He does not understand the the emotions behind weddings just considers them as any project and works like that only. Forget about making effort to make your day special, you would be disappointed by not receiving even what was promised. He does not make note of things discuss and forgets many things. Its my family that handled many things last minute otherwise he was fully prepared to ruin my day. You can not rely on him for your special day. Their quality of work is very poor, forget about innovating. They are too unprofessional. They are not capable of handling big projects.
