Absolutely terrible experience. It's been a year, and we still haven't received our wedding photos and videos. This photographer is incredibly unprofessional, constantly makes false promises, and then disappears for months, ignoring calls and messages. She always has a new excuse for the delays. We're heartbroken not to have the memories of our special day. Do not hire her – her initial assurances are completely misleading, and she fails to deliver.

Neha is a dedicated photographer, and she understands the vision her clients needs and she does deliver. We were very happy with the output she gave us. ?

Awful experience. We haven't yet received all our videos and photos -it has been a year since our wedding. She is super unprofessional, hasn't yet taken a call with us when we have been following up on the promised delivery every alternate date. She only got back to us on text after 2 months of messaging and calling. Beware of hiring the photographer.

It saddens me to have to write a review reflecting on my experience with Neha John as our wedding photographer. Initially, I held high hopes for her services, influenced by numerous positive reviews and online recommendations. However, my experience did not align with the favorable accounts of others. Our wedding, which took place two years ago, was preceded by frequent communication with Neha via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats. Despite this initial rapport and the advance payments made, our ability to contact her post-wedding was severely hindered. Efforts to reach Neha, including international calls and repeated attempts from various family members, were met with consistent avoidance, often necessitating the use of new phone numbers to elicit a response. The urgency to obtain our wedding photographs, capturing three days of significant moments, was met with prolonged delays. It took an entire year for Neha to deliver most of the pictures, and the quality of the video work appeared rushed and incomplete, betraying a lack of professionalism. Repeated assurances of imminent delivery, accompanied by promises of "tomorrow," failed to materialize, leaving us feeling disillusioned and frustrated. Unfortunately, our wedding day, meant to be filled with cherished memories, was overshadowed by anxiety and disappointment. Despite our persistence, it took Neha's team a whole year to provide us with most of our wedding documentation, leaving us disheartened and resigned. Furthermore, some rituals were not even edited into the videos, adding to our dissatisfaction. I cannot recommend Neha John's services to others.

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the services provided by Neha John Photography for our wedding. We had been waiting for over 2 years and finally had to settle with the refund for the album. While we initially sympathized with the personal reasons given for the delays, the lack of professionalism became evident as communication was consistently delayed. We've reached out multiple times, only to be met with ignored messages or promises that were not upheld. Understanding personal challenges is one thing, but the prolonged lack of customer service and professionalism is unacceptable. We finally requested a refund due to the prolonged inconvenience, and we received again after a real long time. It's disheartening to experience such a level of apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against choosing Neha John Photography for any services, as our two years of waiting have been nothing short of a frustrating and disappointing ordeal.

Neha is the best photographer one can ever have! The way she captures the moments is spectacular! Her work is so amazing that one would keep falling in love with the pics how much ever time they see it! Neha has captured the moments so beautifully that even when I see my wedding pictures today, I feel as if I am re-living the same moment! Everybody appreciated her work in my wedding and went all crazy about the pictures! Awesome work by Neha and team.

Don't think twice about booking Neha. I booked Neha as an add-on to my main photographer, but now wish I'd booked Neha for all 3 event days. I planned my destinnation wedding in Kerala from the UK, and booked Neha solely based on the professionalism of her work on Instagram and her webpage. Various family members and my MUA commented about how great she is. Neha was determined to get the best shots whilst ensuring I was comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my shoot with her, and I have got some of the best photos I have ever seen of myself which is priceless. THE BEST WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER TO INVEST IN Neha is the best thing that happened to us. Her candid pictures are out of this world . She's fantastic at her job and super professional. She makes you feel at ease throughout. Towards the end she did become apart of our family. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and gets the best shots. She likes to experiment and I loved that about her. She's super bubbly and fun to be around. She delivers pictures quicker than anyone I know. Don't think twice, you can blindly trust her. Not only is she is a gifted photographer, but also someone who is extremely warm, accommodating and passionate about what she does, never once forcing you to take pictures you don't want, but yet persuading you for another shot with her big smile. Most of her pictures were candid and just absolutely brilliant. She also covered lots of fun moments of our family and guests, which not all photographers are willing to do. Alvaro and I couldn't be more thankful to Neha for taking the best day of our life and making sure it lasts a lifetime by capturing all the little details and moments so beautifully.
