I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Nishi. She did my makeup for my wedding and reception. It’s just not about the skill but the whole experience. She was very accommodating with all my requests and also punctual. Her team is also very professional and did a great job for my mum and sister. There was no fuss at all during the whole process right from the booking until the actual event. Would definitely recommend Nishi !!

I came to know about nishi godbole from one of my frends. She wanted nishi for her wedding but couldn't book her due to unavailability of dates. I was lucky enough to get nishi's date for my engagement ceremony. Not only that , due to some medical emergency in the family I had to postpone my engagement. Nishi didn't charge extra or cause any inconvenience and very easily postponed the booking. Nishi godbole team has well set protocols for the pre event preparations and for the big day. They inform you all the instructions prior so that you are prepared accordingly. The whole process went very smoothly. Regarding styling of look, nishi asks what the bride wants. What's her preference of look and hairstyle. And ultimately brings out a very nice amalgation of the bride and nishi's look. I had two looks for engagement. And I loved both of them. I also got lot of praises for the same. My fairytale dreamy engagement ceremony came to reality . Thanks to nishi godbole and team. I am looking forward to same experience during my wedding ceremony ! So that says alot about my satisfaction from nishi godbole and team. Also we had taken hmua from nishi's team for female and male siders. And the experience was satisfactory.

My wedding was postponed a couple of times due to state and travel restrictions in COVID and due to a death in the family. I was willing to pay the increased rates but I was charged a 40% cancellation fee on tops of that which was reduced from 50% which was very financially taxing for me considering no service was utilized. I ended up cancelling as I personally didn’t feel like the team was customer oriented and the lack of ability to understand the situation surrounding us in these tough times. I understand every business has a cancellation policy, but all the vendors we had booked including the flight tickets were fully refunded due to the COVID surges in the past 2 years. Overall a very disappointing experience as I was really looking forward to having them be a part of my big day.
