I hired Nityam event for my daughters wedding. In my experience they are not wedding planners, they are old time ka tent wala’s.They have no management skills at all. They sell themselves as very efficient and organised people in the beginning. Once I signed them and payed their advance, they showed their true colour. They just disappeared and ghosted me until 2 days before the wedding. Things they promised but were not able to deliver- - they promised us 4 shadows. NO SHADOWS were provided. - They promised us a welcome desk at the hotels reception where guest will be welcomed with tilak and shell garlands. NO DESK was set up. We had to remind them and by the time they got their act together all the guests had checked in. - On the day of the wedding ceremony, inspite of providing all the things needed for the ceremony in advance to them, to my horror the mandap was absolutely barren. I had to physically run around and gather things and set them up at the mandap myself. - At the time of varmala, they were to provide the varmalas and a shower of flower petals. With great difficulty and running around we managed to find the varmalas but they had very conveniently forgotten the flower petal shower so it could not happen for the bride and groom. - They were to provide flower bouquet for the brides maids and the bride. They managed the bouquet for the brides maids but very conveniently forgot the bouquet for the bride. The bride had planned a bouquet toss at the end of the reception and we had to make do with the tables floral centre piece instead! - Worst was yet to come. On the evening of the reception Nityam events team members insisted that their balance payment be cleared and threatened that if this was not done they will not put the light and sound on. By now they had already received 75% of there fees. Only their management fees was pending. - People in Nityam Events are people who are ruining couples dream weddings and they don’t have or show any remorse for it. Their attitude is to over promise and under deliver. They lack experience and have no management or planning skills. BEWARE OF THEM

0/10 would not recommend their services to anybody! While they may seem prompt and helpful in the start, they will disappear as soon as you have paid them their advance. We spent months waiting for them to reply to our messages. This continued until 2 days before the wedding! Please don’t believe that they will provide any form of ‘planning’ or ‘management’ services as they are not equipped to do so. Here’s a brief list of all the issues we faced with them - - no response to calls or messages even 2 days before the wedding - airport pick up and drop off plans were not prepared even until the day before the wedding - flowers and bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids were not provided on the day of the wedding despite having requested it in advance - we were promised welcome garlands for our guests at check in. These garlands arrived at 2.30pm when they were already aware that our guests were arriving at 12.30pm - we printed and designed welcome notes and itineraries for all our guests (again a service that they were supposed to provide but since they did not answer our calls before the wedding we handled this on our own). These were meant to be distributed on day 1 but only after we followed up with them did they distribute it on day 2. - any instructions given verbally or over WhatsApp were just not executed with the excuse that ‘it was not a part of the quote’ - we had asked for roses as boutonnières but were given spray painted baby’s breath wrapped in medical tape. We were then given a bill of 12,000/- for this. - we had after parties scheduled till 4am on 2 nights. They booked the console and music system till 2 am for only one night. - the after party set up for 1 night was charged as 20k but for the second night they were trying to charge us 35k for the exact same set up. We eventually found our own vendor and found out that the set up actually cost 15k. Despite making all of these mistakes, on the day of our wedding, they insisted that we clear all their payments (including for services they have not provided) and refused to turn on the lights for our reception until the payment was cleared. Given the strict 10pm deadline on loud music in outdoor areas in Goa, we requested that we sit down with them after the event to discuss all these issues since they were charging us for services and materials they had not provided to us. In all of this chaos, our reception that was outdoors and meant to start at 6.30pm was delayed until 8.30pm. We have WhatsApp messages and call logs supporting most of these issues. Nidhi and Satyam were the people we were dealing with from Nityam, I believe they are the founders or managers. In the list of reviews on this wedmegoodpage you will see a review from ‘Satyajeet Kurdetkar’ praising the work done by Nidhi. This is a fake review published by them. It’s been a few days since our wedding and we’re still hearing horror stories from our friends and family that were assisting us in executing the wedding because out ‘planners’ were just not delivering what they promised. We hope our review will help you be prepared for what to expect should you hire their services.

We had such a great experience with Nityam Events Team. They worked very efficient and professionally. From Decorations to DJs, Entries of Bride and Groom, they took care of every detail. They were really patient and took consideration every suggestion we made. They made our wedding day perfect. Thank you so much Nidhi and Nityam Event's Team and all the vendors as well.
