It was a terrible experience. I had ordered a 2 tier cake for my engagement. I told Zahra very clearly that I need the cake ready by 3:00pm on 24th of February. Firstly she doesn’t do delivery, when I sent my cousin over at her place to pick up the delivery.. the Cake wasn’t ready! She was just starting to put the second layer of the cake. My cousin waited there until 5: 00 and that’s when she delivered. Any butter cream cake needs to be kept in the fridge for at least 2 hours before it can be transported. She delivered the cake by 5pm and my cousin left her place. He reached home and when we opened the cake box the cake was BROKEN. My engagement cake was ruined because of her carelessness and Unprofessional behaviour. It was so messed up that when I called her, all she had to say was she was sorry. I didn’t have the strength to even click pictures. It was so messed up. My entire function was ruined.
