Extremely horrible experience, they ruined my wedding completely. Both of the people we met with were nice at first, but when it came to the actual days of the event, we were able to see their true colours. They took a video testimonial from us early on, when we were beginning the events. However, after facing multiple serious issues with their behaviour and service, we asked them to remove it. They not only refused but also blocked us on Instagram after we requested that it be removed. The video is still being used publicly without our consent. But the worst came during the groom's baraat. Right before his entrance, their team stopped the DJ and disrupted the procession, shouting and demanding money in front of all our guests. It was deeply humiliating and completely unprofessional. They were arguing loudly during one of the most important moments of the wedding. They also failed to provide us with everything we had asked and paid for, there were so many things missing that we had discussed making the events seem incomplete and just awful. They also failed to complete the setup on time on the baraat day, which led to delays in our events. On the second day, they demanded the full payment upfront, even though the main wedding decor for the next day hadn't even been completed yet. Their behavior made no sense—we obviously weren’t going to "run away" from our own wedding without paying, but they treated us with suspicion and aggression, rather than professionalism. Overall, their conduct was not just unprofessional, but completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this vendor to anyone. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and vendors should be partners—not a source of stress and embarrassment.
