In our case, they coordinated with all guests, helped us with the menus, the give aways for each function, entertainment, decor coordination, pickups, drops and check-ins for all guests, and in general anything and everything we needed. We worked with them for four months prior to the wedding and they never hesitated and coming to our home at any time of the day (or night) even for the smallest thing, and were willing to patiently spend endless hours with us making even the smallest decision. First of all, anyone going by the ratings of Parbliss on any website should check the authenticity of the reviews. I wish I had paid closer attention when choosing them. Many of their reviews are fake and have been given by their own team members to rig the system. In fact they have two profiles on WedMeGood to hedge against bad reviews. So don’t trust those. Now coming to my experience, it was TERRIBLE. The list of things that could have been done better is so long that this space will be short. As the groom, I was never made felt taken care of. I was always on the phone either attending to Parbliss’ calls during the wedding or explaining to them that they messed up again. They resorted to BLACKMAILING during the wedding and demanded payment at midnight else they wouldn’t send any transport to pick up or drop off guests who had come via a 26 hr train journey. There was zero interest from their side to take feedback, make the bride, groom or their families feel comfortable or to even lend a helping hand. I question the role of some individuals of the team who were never really doing anything including the “owner” Raj who didn’t do shit. It felt like I paid for the vacation of 8 folks from their team who came to the wedding destination (with their kids FYI) to enjoy. Parbliss for the most part was not helpful and not considerate. They were UN-TRANSPARENT with their pricing, always had EXCUSES for their mess ups, did no homework or research on the location or local vendors. I had to pay 1.5 lakhs over the initial estimate for the travel logistics which took no account of whether the guests were comfortable in the vehicles chosen by them. They claim that guests liked their service but I found none that did. Everyone from the sub-vendors they contracted, the hotel staff, our extended family asked me throughout the wedding where the was the team and what was their role? Only bright spots for them was their design work, wedding stationery and to some extent some 1-2 people who actually came to help for the events. Overall, I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I think they need to seriously improve themselves and start taking customer feedback seriously.

We onboarded Parbliss events for our small wedding of 100 guests. In a span of 4 months, the entire planning, from location sourcing to vendor finalisation was done. The team parbliss was very accomodating and patient with us. While there were some differences of ideas and opinions, they always kept our needs as top priority! Ultimately resulting in bringing to us a beautifully planned wedding, with little ups and downs - but what's a wedding without some ups and downs ;) Special mention to Kundan who is a go getter and always had a solution to everything! We contacted Par@bliss events for my sister's wedding. All the services provided by them were upto our expectations. All the vendors came on time, were very professional and humble. best part was the team never said no to anything and were devoted heartedly. We hired Parbliss for selected services such as decor, DJ, chaat and Pandit for our wedding and sangeet ceremony - and overall did not have a great experience working with them. PROS: 1. The decor was quite quite good and complemented our outfits. The team was responsive with requests of flowers and garlands whenever needed. 2. The music arrangement was smooth and without any hiccups whatsoever. 3. The dhol team was very enthusiastic and great to have at the functions. Even though we could not have the baraat due to covid the dhol team created a fun atmosphere. 4. We received some extra perks like photobooths on both days instead of one as discussed. CONS: 1. The quality of bridal mehendi was quite poor - the mehendi vendors were not skilled enough for the intricacy and detail that bridal mehendi requires. Further, they asked us for extra money in the name of "shagun", which shouldn't be the case if the planner is managing them properly 2. The sangeet garlands for me and my husband were of poor quality and shedding all over our dresses in a matter of few minutes. We were told that this was because the ac wasn't working in the hall so the flowers got ruined, but we had hoped for a better management from the team. 3. Even after I explicitly mentioned the requirement of 4 chairs during the pheras for us and my parents, there were only 2 kept. We were told later that they had been "kept at the back" since they didn't match the overall decor, but since we were not informed of this change earlier we could use only the two during the pheras. 4. In spite of explicitly discussing that the team was to arrange for their meals themselves, I and my father was called on the VERY DAY of my sangeet to ask again if they could help themselves from the buffet for guests. 5. Most importantly, there was a lack of professionalism from the team's side. In spite of having been accommodated at the destination for the entire duration, no one from the team was even present during some main events such as the pheras. Few times they actually FORGOT the services explicitly mentioned in the contract and had to be reminded. Me and my husband were contacted at night 1 am and almost harassed with a tirade to messages to remove this review. 6. There was an utter lack of transparency on their pricing mechanism. Based on what we gathered from the vendors and from the planners themselves after contracting them, it appears that ParBliss has earned a margin on the pricing of every single vendor AND charged a planning fee on top of that. This is the very reason why even after the pricing being comparable with other wedding planners, the quality of vendors hired is still not up to the mark.

It was a pathetic experience. Even though we spent out hard earned money about 13 lakhs for the marriage, they didn't delivered what they promised. Decoration was pathetic and these guys haven't given us the photo or video album even after 8 months of our marriage
