A for Amrita.. A for Amazing, She is an absolute stunner. Her make up artistry is just fabulous. You will never be disappointed girls! I have gone through various profiles on instagram but from all the famous makeup artist I chose her to be the one on wedding day. She treats you like a family person. The makeup will enhance your beauty and appreciated by all. She help you chose your accessories too. Plus she has a good hairdresser -Zakir. Two of them will rock your day and you will be amazed to see yourself in the mirror.

One word to describe Amrita, she is a fairy godmother who transforms you into a princess on your D-Day. So, I live in Canada, and I had very little time to prep for my wedding, the one decision that helped me with all my wedding needs was to find Amrita through Wedmegood. I did speak to a lot of other makeup artists but the warmth and understanding I felt when speaking with Amrita, I didn’t get with any other artist. I spoke to her once and I knew she was the one. She was ready to meet me early morning coz of my traveling itinerary, fed me an amazing breakfast, and helped me find my wedding lehenga and my wedding jewelry as well. So, she was not only my makeup artist but also my fashion and jewelry designer as well, so in short (fairy godmother). She helped me arrange all that in just a few hours. Also, she was very understanding about the venue of my wedding which was middle of Haryana (literally not on the map) a small village with a very basic hotel in peak January winters. She knew what kind of makeup I wanted, and she did a tremendous job (no doubt about that) she not only did my makeup but my husbands’, my mom’s, and my mother-in-law's and sister-in-law's as well. She was also understanding to fit three more of my relatives (in-laws) who wanted to get professional makeup at the last minute. She did all the makeup with such a finesse, that all my relatives, most importantly my in-laws loved her work, it was so flawless and natural that I sat through the entire 5-hour-long wedding with intact makeup. They say if your makeup artist is right your D Day will turn out to be the most beautiful memory and that happened to me. Amrita was very warm, kind, patient, and understanding and her makeup skills were top-notch, she also gave me great skincare tips. Even the hairstylist she collaborated with was prepared and well-informed on the hair and the hairstyles. She charged very reasonably for all the expenses and kept me informed at every step (even if I forgot to do my part). I have uploaded the pictures of my makeup which I have currently, (still waiting for wedding photos arghhh), the makeup in the pic with Sindhoor shows how intact the makeup stayed even after 10 hours. So, if you are ever in need of just one makeup artist who solves all your other needs and treats you very kindly then she is the one Fairy Godmother. <3

Choosing Amrita as MUA for my wedding was the Best Decision! She did my makeup for three events- Sangeet, Reception and Muhurtham. She was right on time, super friendly and just made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable (which is so needed with all the wedding nerves!). I am based out in the USA and I was very nervous about not having a trail makeup session but she made it point to schedule video calls to understand my skintone, outfits, jewelry. I was really hoping to find someone who could match my dusky skin tone, and Amrita just got it right from the start.
