Helps you with all your insecurities about makeup..she and her assistant reached my venue even before me...there were lot of delay in timing in my wedding but she kept her cool and made me also comfortable..For my evening reception, she adorned my braid with orchid flowers to match my saree.. It was an onspot creative idea she came up with the available flowers from my wedding decor.. It was an instant hit!! everybody loved it! .. The next day muhurtha was at 6 in the morning. She was up at 3 and got me ready for it even though there were lot of delays in the last minute.. I loved myself in my wedding makeup! This lady is a fraud. Do not trust her. I booked her for my wedding She took an advance from me Rs 8000/- . Just few days before my wedding day she says she already has a booking on that day and she will not be able to reach on time. When asked for refund, she says she will not refund the amount. I had to book another person for my make up and also lost my Rs.8000 to this fraud lady. I strongly recommend not to book her as she will ruin your wedding day.

Very unprofessional just worried about her money agreed for Rs 30000 that too the rate was high but looted Rs 40,000 makes your best day of life horrible , never book this artist.she charges 2500 every waiting hour.

Working with Poonam has been a pleasant experience for me.She created two looks for me . One Rajputa wedding look and the other one was of a Muslim bride. Both the looks were amazing and turned out well. The makeup wasn't cakey and matched my true tone. Will definitely work with her in future.

**BEWARE OF BOOKING IN LOCKDOWN** I never thought that I ll be going through stress in my pregnancy period..but this lady let me to take in my crucial days...I booked her for my marternity shoot in the month of May...but due to increase in COVID situation...me and my husband decided to cancel the shoot and stay isolated...I requested the return or to adjust the advance amount in my brother's marriage which is in November so she completely refused to return in a second...it seems over a call that she is too happy to have money without doing any work.being a woman I expected her to understand the situation....the most irony point is that the photographer and the venue owner (where shoot was supposed to happen) who are males, both have refunded full amount happily seeing the situation...and she..being a woman...she denied in a second and now she is not receiving my calls as well I know some well known make up artist who are willingly cancelling the appointments in this pandemic and refunding the amounts..as they want well being of their clients but she is showing complete unprofessionalism and I would say that she is inhuman too...anyways...God is watching...atleast she should fear from God atleast.

She was very quick to understand the aesthetic I was seeking, and she was committed to making that a reality. Even when I had only a loose idea of what I wanted, she helped guide me to an end result that was exactly what I hoped for. She was incredibly helpful when I had any questions about products, colors and styles. I was nervous about getting my makeup and hair done because I am not accustomed to it, but I was in incredibly good hands with Poonam. It is clear she knows product, colors, and styling incredibly well. I could not have been happier with the end result at both functions- she used makeup to enhance instead of using it to change or cover up my face. Poonam you never talked about your no refund policy before at the time of booking and I am not asking to return but it was you who assure me to adjust the amount whenever my brother wedding would happen next, however for your information everybody from the wedding venue till the Ghori Wala have given us 1 year credit note, the band guy have adjusted the advance amount at my cousins wedding so it’s not about any policy it’s just about your ethics to take someone’s money without actually earning it!!! Well there is no point arguing with people like you it’s just through my messages I want people to be cautious and aware about your behaviour, to know the real you and to be aware in giving a lump sum amount to book people like you....who will never turned up if any mishap would happen P.S it’s not I cancelled the date it’s just the wedding broke off had it been I changed the date or my my make up artist or my mind I would have completely compensated you, it’s just some unexpected happened which I still couldn’t believe had happened...

Hi folks, This lady Poonam Mishra is highly unprofessional as she took the advance money from my friend for her brother's marriage. And never adjusted it after they had to call off the wedding due to their personal circumstances. she didn't even declare it in advance about the terms and conditions (if she had any) about the token money. Now she is just framing and polishing her sentences on my friend's review so that if anyone reads it they would think....ki Poonam Mishra is right. it's just not about refunding the advance, she promised to turn up and make her relatives ready, and she didn't turn up. how unprofessional is that? do not refund, but my friend gave her many opportunities to adjust that money in different other functions. but she didn't. how can you play with people's hard earned money esp in lockdown period where we all are facing our problems and different challenges? 10000 might not look as a huge amount, but with emotional loss of brother's marriage breaking up, my friend was so devastated... poonam mishra could have helped on humanitarian grounds too. but she chose to lie and cheat my friend instead. moreover, if she had such strict standards about no refund/no adjustment of token money, she could have declared it in advance in bold. why did she not tell this before? it wasn't in their hands to stop the marriage been called off. Hey Folks, My name is Mayanka and i have booked Poonam for my brother's wedding to be held on 30th Nov'20, i have booked her for my sister and my mom with 2 HD makeups each for me and my sister and 2 normal makeup for my mom, the total came out to be 30,000 out of which i paid her 10000 in advance as booking amount as Poonam told me that she will confirm the booking only if she receives 60% of total as booking amount. However my brother wedding broke off and a month prior that is in early september i informed her about the same and requested her to refund my advance paid money where she said that they don't refund the money but can adjust the money in near future whenever i will be needing, after that my sister's brother in law wedding was fixed and i asked her for booking by adjusting the last amount to which with so many excuses she never turned up. I again called her for my cousin brother's marriage function on 13th Feb'21 she didn't turned followed by endless lies of not keeping well and other excuses, i even got convinced that she can waive her loss by keeping the half amount and adjusting the half amount by only doing my make up she then also told i can come only if i can earn something extra and with all the ifs and buts she never turned up. i was so devastated by her behaviour that people like her can turned to be so shameless, uncooperative, extremely money minded that don't adjust a single penny, she didn't feel guilty to keep someone's money without even rendering services for the same, is this professionalism?? Do on this kind of attitude people make them top make up artist who charge so high from us and the time of crisis they don't even bother to compensate? it was a huge emotional loss to me as my brother's marriage broke and never ever i thought this would happen had it been i knew it before why would i paid her in advance Because of people like her now will i gain trust on anyone??its not about the financial loss i had, but it is about the mental loss, the empathy which people like her don't have. I strongly will never recommend POONAM MISHRA to anyone because people like her made me realized that you should not pay in advance, i request people out there who are reading my review for her to be aware of people like her and not pay anything in advance for booking her, she is highly money minded, liar, mean, uncooperative who kept me after her with unlimited follows ups by fooling me with her lied promises.
