Fraudulent Product Representation & Terrible Customer ServiceI deeply regret ordering from Pratap Sons. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.Blatant Misrepresentation: The suit I received was completely different from what was shown on their website. The design was changed (website showed pearl neck detail, I got a shabby golden button), and the fabric quality was extremely poor - looked like a cheap copy of the advertised product.Damaged Delivery: The suit arrived wet due to torn internal packaging. The paper wrapping inside was soaked and damaged, ruining the product.Condescending Customer Service: When I complained to Abhilash (Manager of Operations), instead of apologizing, he sent a condescending email sarcastically questioning why I accepted the package - despite the outer packaging being intact and the damage being internal.No Refund: They arranged a return pickup but have now STOPPED RESPONDING to my emails entirely. My money is stuck with them and they refuse to process the refund.This is fraudulent behavior. They misrepresent products online, deliver poor quality items, insult customers when they complain, and then ghost them to avoid refunds.AVOID PRATAP SONS at all costs. Save your money and your peace of mind. This company has zero integrity and does not deserve your business.

Extremely Disappointed with Pratapsons I recently received a dress from Pratapsons that looked used and started bleeding color just by light touch! This is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to offer premium quality. When I reached out to customer support, they brushed it off saying the item was discounted and non-returnable — as if a discount justifies poor quality. No accountability, no real solution. They offered to reimburse for dry cleaning and give a 5% discount on the next order, which honestly doesn’t even begin to cover the damage or disappointment. This is not how you treat customers. Would never recommend them — extremely poor product quality and even worse after-sales service. Please think twice before shopping here.

The products are poor quality but what is more disappointing is their customer service is also extremely bad. No after sales services no response to calls, whatsapp msgs, insta msgs. They will deliver defective product and later refuse to return or exchange

Worst experience ever. Product quality was pathetic and customer service is even worse. After returning the product, I am still waiting endlessly for my refund. Totally unprofessional behavior. Avoid at all costs

Any item which is not ready to be shipped, is never delivered. They never respond on whatsapp chat, calls don't go through and neither they reply on emails. No refund just waste of money. Be careful with buying from Pratap Sons as they are fraud and your money will be wated.

cheater cheater .. dont buy from them , they will take the money and not respond . i am following from 4 months, they are just sending mail keep patience... they will not send your product or refund money even after constant follow up... dont buy they are cheater

This is most unhappy experience for my online shopping. These people send very cheap material of my outfits. I ordered 3 outfits from them. They delivered 2 and it’s looking very cheap. And even damaged. I return them. Now third piece they even did not send and also not refunded my money back. I feel like cheated and warn pls do not order from them. As their customers service is pathetic

I was really worried about ordering them from the US after reading their reviews, To the contrary, Their service was excellent, super fast and easy communication regarding the customisation I needed and the product was customised and delivered to me in just 9 days! I am definitely going to shop with them again. They have worked really hard to improve their services! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Pratap Sons has thoroughly spoilt my online shopping experience. The return process is the worst when compared with others. I have requested them to return a co-ord since last month and after connecting through continuous emails and WhatsApp messages, nothing has been initiated till now. It is out of great disappointment that my amount is stuck and people are so unprofessional. I have called them at least 6-8 times at different time slots, and while the ring goes, no one picks up the call. I am so disheartened with the brand that now I would hardly recommend anyone to purchase from there. With the same order ID, I have also purchased another co-ord set and they are so careless that they are not able to send me the shipment details also. Would recommend fellow buyers not to trust this brand while doing online shopping because it is an example of pure fraud.

I bought my outfit for. Pratap and sons and was very happy with the outfit it was exactly as it was shown in the pic .The outfit was gorgeous
